I am suffering from premature ejaculation. I am married. This problem is depressed me.

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Gurgaon
I am suffering from premature ejaculation.
I am married. This problem is depressed me.
I do not last very long during sexual intercourse. How do I improve my staying power? Yes, premature ejaculation can be embarrassing, especially as your partner tries to soothe your punctured male ego: Never mind, it was still good, honey. How can you explain to her that it could have been stress, anxieties caused by high expectations, or even just over stimulation? Or that an astonishing one-third of men under the age of 25 are prone to PE? Firing too soon is very common, and does not mean there is anything wrong with you (most women usually need twice as long to climax anyway). Assuming conditions are relaxed, you are comfortable with your lover and not sublimating personal problems, it is just a question of learning to get it right. Because you can master techniques until you have multiple, ejaculation-free orgasms, which also enhances your levels of sexual energy. A simple method is the stop-start one, which helps build an awareness of gauging the sensations leading to release. What is power without control? Simply put, your partner stimulates your genitals, and stops as you feel orgasm, approach. As you defuse, the stimulation is restarted, and so on. Another is the pause- Squeeze technique. Withdraw as your climax builds, and have your partner (on top) firmly squeeze your organ for a few seconds with thumb and forefinger, where the glans meets the shaft. This gradually leads to ejaculatory control. Relax your body as ejaculation nears, starting with an erotic massage. Breathe deeply, in rhythm together. Pressure on the perineum (about midway) also works. Move your sexual energy away from your genitals. Be vocally expressive, and let your hands foam your partner's body. Switch positions and experiment with which makes you last longer. Out of bed, exercise your pubococcygeal (PC) muscles, the ones that control urine flow, with alternate contractions and relaxations. You can do this anywhere, be it while driving a car or watching TV. Finally, remember it is all in the head. The one with ears! Communicate your feelings. Sometimes women actually do not want the guy to be banging on on, to prove his manhood. And if you think of sex as a task, half the battle is already lost. Express your love, be vulnerable and abandon yourself to it, and the rest will follow. There are many Medicines in homeopathy like Lycopodium, Selinium, Staphysgria, Terbulus Ter, Acid Phos, Cinchona Off Etc. For PE & ED. For more help about selecting best Homeopathic medicine we need more information about your health. You can also contact me personally through Lybrate for precise selection of Homeopathic remedy for your case. Until then: Maintain regular exercise, take nutritious diet, Minimize stress level and reduce performance anxiety. Add Zinc and Magnesium to your diet (Green and green leafy vegetables) Consume More Protein of good quality (Fish, Mushrooms) Go for good quality Fish if you prefer Non vegetarian food Eat more Pomegranate, Avocado onions & Garlic Add nuts and berries to your diet. Have Pranayams Yog-Asan to strengthen pelvic floor muscles (like kegel) daily. Avoid Junk food and beverage.

Primary Signs Of A Brain Stroke!

DM - Neurology, MD - Medicine, MBBS
Neurologist, Gurgaon
Primary Signs Of A Brain Stroke!

A stroke, also known as cerebrovascular accident (CVA), cerebrovascular insult(CVI), or brain attack, can occur when a part of the brain is deprived of blood flow. When brain cells are deprived of oxygen they begin to die, due to which the functions controlled by that part of the brain also stops, which results in different types of disabilities among stroke survivors.

There are two types of strokes

  • Hemorrhagic
  • Ischemic stroke

The first is caused when a brain aneurysm or a weak blood vessel bursts. Most of the time, this type of stroke leads to death. The second one happens when a clot blocks the flow of blood to the brain. Patients suffering from stroke suffer from various side-effects, the most common ones being paralysis or loss of feeling in a certain part of the body, problem in understanding or talking and loss of vision on one side. The side-effects start showing up immediately after a person has had a stroke.

In certain conditions, blood flow to a certain part of the brain stops for only some time and hence the body suffers stroke-like symptoms which only last a couple of hours before disappearing. This is known as a transient ischemic attack (TIA). Unfortunately, the effects of a stroke can be debilitating and also permanent. Hence, it's important to know the symptoms of a stroke and rush the patient to a doctor as soon as possible. Sometimes early treatment can save a lot of damage.

The primary symptoms of stroke are as follows:

  1. Confusion and problems while talking and comprehension
  2. Headache along with alteration of consciousness or vomiting
  3. Numbness of the face, arms or legs, especially on one side of the body
  4. Issue with seeing, through one or both eyes
  5. Inability to walk with stability, including disrupted coordination
  6. Problems with the bladder and bowel control
  7. Acute depression
  8. Body temperature fluctuates, and pain worsens with movement
  9. Paralysis on one side of the body along with fatigue
  10. Problem in expressing or controlling emotions

Risk Factors:

Diagnosis of stroke

Several tests are carried out to determine the type of stroke, such as

  1. Physical examination, which involves observing the patient's overall condition.
  2. Blood tests
  3. CT scans
  4. MRI scans
  5. Cerebral angiogram
  6. Echocardiograms

Stroke is a fatal brain disease and can cause permanent damage to your system so its best to check with doctor to know how you can prevent it.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
On World Asthma Day
On the eve of World Asthma Day the Indian Medical Association has on Monday noted that one should not ignore the first attack of asthma after the age of 40.

Key Findings
All wheezing is not asthma and all asthmatics do not wheeze
Only cough may be a sign of asthma
If you are able to speak a sentence during an asthma attack, you do not have severe asthma
If you get an asthma attack more than twice in the night in a month or more than twice during day time in a week, you need continuous treatment
All asthmatics should be questioned about symptoms triggered by common inhaled allergens, at home, school or work
Indoor allergens, such as dust mites, animal danders, molds, mice and cockroaches, are of particular importance
Food allergy rarely causes isolated asthma symptoms, although wheezing and cough can be symptoms of food-induced anaphylaxis
Aspirin and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may trigger symptoms of asthma in about 3 to 5% adult asthmatic patients
Gastric reflux is common among patients with asthma
Well-controlled asthma means daytime symptoms no more than twice per week and night-time symptoms no more than twice per month

Dear Prince, Masturbation is a normal physiological sign of you growing up. When your testosterone level is high when you mature to manhood, you feel the urge to masturbate. Though biologically mature at 17 years, sociologically or economically you are mature to get married. So accept that masturbation proves that you are a man and it is a normal outlet before marriage. It also relieves your stress and after masturbation you can continue with your studies. No need to stop masturbating at your age.
