I am male 39, I have chronic fatigue and muscles loss, weakness for last 8-10 yrs. Despite good diet, exercise, once I visited psychiatrist, he said it is due to anxiety and depress and took medication for 1-1.5 yrs before 5- 6 yrs. But did not help. Pls guide. Thanks.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Maintain an ideal weight. Eat healthy food ( all natural products like fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds etc which contain lots of essential nutrients). If your diet is balanced then the hair fall will get controlled. Do yoga and pranayama as it can help the body to work more efficiently and relax your mind. Stressful life is a major contributor ( triggers ) to a lots problem. You can also take Homeopathy as if needed later.

I am having oily skin. I started using acnemoist as a moisturizer in winter after days of use my face break out a 3 pimples and as I stop it it reduces rapidly. please suggest a good moisturizer for winter which doesn't cause acne and must be non comedogenic product.

I have been suffering from anxiety for last few days and was having sleep related problems. So I consulted a neurologist. And he prescribed nexito forte tab. To me. After having it for 2 weeks my anxiety problem was gone. But after a few months the anxiety problem is coming back again. So should I continue having nexito forte? Does it have any side effects?

Tablets will only remove the symptom and not the underlying cause. Anxiety is worrying about the future and not feeling prepared for it. You can talk to a counsellor who can help you to feel more prepared about the issues which make you feel anxious and help you find your strengths and work upon your limitations. It will also help you assess situations more objectively, weigh the pros and cons of each option and help in wise decision making. These skills will help you to tide over any future situations also which could be potentially stressful for you.

3 meals per day and healthy snacks twice daily to achieve the best possible result within a short period. Here is a guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. ? 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. Breakfast 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar and � cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Lunch cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and � cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. Evening Green tea Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. The only medicine for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. There is no other medicine apart from this. You can't buy good health, you have to work for it. Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maids/Ghee/Salty stuffs from your diet. Add more fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Eat slowly and mindfully. Exercise daily for 40-60 mins. This is essential for good health. Love yourself and respect your body. Respect laws of nature. This is the best path to good health and happiness.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief.
