Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

Our hair determines our overall appearance in a major way. Long, black and shiny hair is often looked upon with admiration. In fact, in the present scenario, we leave no stone unturned to rid ourselves of various hair problems which we tend to face every day. Whitening or greying of hair is one such common problem. High levels of stress: the modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Genetics: the age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem improper diet: a balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin b12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin b12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk emotional shock: sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White hair treatment walk barefoot: morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. For kidney stone start drinking at least 3-4 liters of water every day so that kidneys maintain proper flushing. Also have fresh juices / fruits. Coconnut water is best foru – have plenty of it. Strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if you r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. Try to keep your bowel clear. Avoid – tomatoes, beet root, leafy vegetables, cauliflower, beans, milk and other dairy products, yellow of egg. Have more of these – lemon / lime / Pineapple and its juice / Water melon, kulathhi ki daal. For pain you can have hot water bag fomentation over abdomen. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.

Your bmi is 34.6 and you are obese. You need to loose weight. To do that one has to persist with a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, (specially refined sugars) and fats, increase intake of proteins and increase the expenditure of energy by regular exercise. Starving ones self does not work for any length of time and three meals at regular times, eaten slowly is the best method. Avoid snacking between meals, have a good breakfast, moderate lunch and a light dinner. The foods to avoid are sugars, or anything that contains sugar and fat such as bakery products, ice creams, desserts, fried foods (like pranthe, pakore, puris) pizza and potatoes. Rice can be replaced with two chapattis made of multi grain atta. To fill your stomach one should take lots of fruits (papaya, apples, guava) and green vegetables (cucumber, ghia, laoki, teenda, and tori) and sprouted dal. Milk should be double toned. The protein intake should be increased by taking egg white, cooking should be in small amounts of olive / sunflower oil. Vegetarians can use soya bean dal, nutri nuggets and cottage cheese made from double tone milk. The best exercise is jogging or brisk walking for at least 45 minutes, five days a week. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Hi I think the stripe that you feel is probably a normal structure called the frenum. This structure is present in everyone; maybe somewhat more prominent in some people than in others. I would like you to relax and make a conscious effort to avoid probing the area with your tongue. If you can retrain your tongue, this problem should take care of itself. If you are particularly uncomfortable, you can discuss the feasibility of excising the frenum. You will need to see an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for this. As for the other problem, that too could be either an unusually pronounced frenum extending between the two upper incisors, or probably another normal structure called the incisive papilla. If its the former, the fenum excision should take care of this as well. If it is the latter, the options are somewhat restricted, as outright excision may be less feasible.
