Dear back pain in Pregnancy is normal. Do not worry. Bt you need to do few exercises for back. please consult an Antenatal Therapist or Physiotherapist who can guide you what exercises are safe for you during this period. Exercises will help to strengthen your back muscles. Exercising during pregnancy is safe but only under expert guidance. Even ex will help you to deliver your baby easily.

I am 27 years old male and I am suffering from hypertension for 2 yrs. I take a tablet daily for that tab telma am 40, now I have got married for the last 3 months and take them irregularly, how can I lower my bp naturally or should I continue the same tablet, does it have any sideeffect in long run.

Hi. I am telling this to everybody who are taking bp pills at a younger age! raises bp at a younger age calls for a thorough investigation to look for cause of bp. Then bp medicines are to be selected according to the reports. The possibility of false bp problem or temporary rise in blood pressure due to anxiety, apprehension or fear etc has to be ruled out. Better consult a cardiologist in your town and let him decide things for you. Take care.

Back Pain - 5 Ayurvedic Remedies For it

Back pain refers to a severe pain in the back due to a strain in the muscle and the associated ligaments of the spine. Back pain is a fairly common condition and almost everyone has experienced it at least once in their lifetime. The pain can be either acute (pain in sudden bursts) or chronic (lasting for more than a month). Back pain generally tends to subside if one takes appropriate measures. 

You might experience the following symptoms along with back pain:

  1. Severe pain around the muscles which might stretch down to your feet
  2. Back pain will significantly limit the flexibility of your back
  3. If there are recurrent instances of high fever and severe gall bladder disorders along with the pain, a consultation with your doctor is highly recommended.

Back pain might occur due to the following reasons:

  1. Back pain might occur as a result of osteoarthritis (a disorder that is characterized by the breaking and wearing down of the flexible tissues at the end of the bones) and osteoporosis (a disorder marked by bones that are weak and brittle).
  2. It might occur as a result of a fatal accident or an injury.
  3. If you are a chain smoker and have a history of excessive alcohol or drug abuse, you are more likely to experience back pain.
  4. Back pain might also occur as a result of ageing, excessive weight gain, lack of regular exercising, cancer and instances of severe depression.

Ayurveda can be very useful for eradicating back pain. According to Ayurveda, back pain is caused due to the heightening of the ‘vata’ owing to an unhealthy diet, anxiety, and suppression of muscles, collectively called ‘dosha’. 

The Ayurvedic remedies for back pain are as follows:

  1. A regular intake of 30 ml of Aloe Vera juice in the morning might heal symptoms of back pain
  2. A regular intake of a mixture of 5g Triphala churnam mixed with water before retiring for the night might help to ease the general discomfort associated with back pain.
  3. Consume a medicinal preparation of 100ml of Black Gram (Urad Dal) daily for a week in order to get rid of the pain.
  4. You can also perform Paschimottanasana (an exercise where you have to touch the toes and repeat the same for a few times) and Vayu Mudra (an exercise where you have to move the index finger on the thumb base and the thumb finger in closed proximity to the index finger while the other fingers remain in a perpendicular position) to get rid of the back pain.
  5. Cut down on your consumption of pungent spices. This is because these pungent spices tend to have a drying effect on the body, that in turn, might lead to severe back pain, especially in the lower back along with constipation. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.

My left leg was paining most when I am using Indian toilet or using bike or when I am sitting down, when I am standing, my legs was paining lots, but after sometime my pain was disappear but little pain all the day, please suggest what happens to me or regular I am drinking chukandar juice, my urine was little red, what is the fault.

Leg pain- advice keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally. Before you start with this diet there are a few things you should keep in mind to achieve best results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is because once you gain muscles it will add to our body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during the day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of fruits you can have as much as you want, however fruits like Mango & Banana should be avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS and RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as much until you feel satisfied. However this day you should not take boiled potatoes, banana and mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups as you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume brown rice but if you do not like the taste then white boiled rice will also do the trick. . I can assure you that even if you follow 75% of the above diet restrictions for 7 days then you are guaranteed to lose atleast 3-5 Kgs.

On my face I have pimples, acne, holes, spots (dark as well as light) and scarsnow pimples have reduced but not scars and also holes and scars totally remained on my face as a mark of it. Also this pimples and acne are ruling over 8 years and I had overcome so many treatment from starting on wards which showed there effect only for a period of time then after it is as usual and acne came as it is (i used so many ointments-cleargel, person, pernox, so many. Also overcome isotrion treatment for 6 months with changing dosage. Used few face washes, soaps, shampoos. Also I used natural treatment browsing from web, newspapers, books) these all showed there effect only for a period of time but they all lead to vainthese medical treatment which I overcome became a waste of money but there is no use of it. Please help me for some beneficial treatment which can be helpful for me at some affordable cost.
