Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is WHEY protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

I have loose motions 2-3 times (for 2 or 3 days each time) every month. When I take homeopath medicine (Nux vomica) to control it I face irregularity in excretion process. Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. At this age you will require additional glasses for near work and that number is physiological having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

Sometimes isolated speech delay can normally be present till 3 years of age. You must rule out hearing defect by an audiometry.

Premature greying of hair can be due to stress, smoking, nutritional deficiency, thyroid disorder, chemical use over hair etc. But most important cause is hereditary factor. As such nothing much can be done for premature greying esp if it is hereditary or familial. The hair that has turned white would remain so but its progression can be prevented to some extent by taking hair supplements containing calcium pantothenate and PABA. For the same you may take tablet follihair one daily. Food rich in proteins (like sprouts, lentils, soy products), vitamin A and B like whole wheat products, green leafy vegetables, carrots, yellow and orange fruits like mangoes, papayas, nuts like sunflower seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds provide minerals like copper which are essential for maintaining hair pigment. Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-nc and alpha-cf - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use bakson's nasal-aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Breathing difficulty has many causes, do routine blood tests, and ecg is must. If that's normal. Do breathing exercise. Weight management if excess. Try pranayam and yoga.

I am 21 year old. Actually I have leg pain due to which I am always restless and my sleep is increased to 10-12 hrs a day. What can I do. Dear........use nasal spray otrivin. Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , You can also take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Or take tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal.

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to buy original medicines. Mix 4 drops of Scleranthus + 4 drops of Wild Rose + 3 drops of Oak + 3 drops of Clematis + 3 drops of Cherry plum . Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every night once before sleeping.
