Dear Mr. Lybrate-user. As your age is 19 years only I would advise you to join a gym. You also need homeopathic mother tincture fucus ves q, 30 drops in water after lunch. This will act as fat-cutter along with exercise. In order to increase your memory power you should take homeopathic mother tincture ashwagandha q, 60 drops in water after dinner.

Suggest me a diet and exercise.
Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Continue brisk walks or jogging for 45 - 60 minutes every day. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

Hi there ~ There are various factors that may be contributing to your weight change. Although you have not specifically mentioned the reason for your stress, apart from the exams, there may be things in your daily eating habits and schedule during the day that may be contributing to the change in your weigh Take care and have a lovely day

Dark circles requires a wholesome management in the form of better diet, lot of water intake, adequate sleep, stress management. Creams do not give v satisfactory results. Various procedures like peeling, mda, lasers and prp help.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

sometimes recurrent pain abdomen and irregular bowel movement may be due to parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms.normally one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly itbidva single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole so get it done in consultation with a doctor near your locality. it will help you.

You should have a balanced diet with fat, protein and moderate carbohydrate food which is reachnin leafy green vegetables ceriales, and lot of fruit and plenty of water by mouth. For that matter any vegetables which is easily digestible. And fibrous rich diet. Milk etc.

I have had severe back acne and acne marks in the back for a very long time now. I have pcos because of which initially there were a lot of breakouts on my face too but now they have completely gone except the back acne. Please suggest the treatment for it.
