Hello- White or milky discharge is known as leucorrhoea and the major cause of it is mal nourishment of the body by the consumption of diet that is not healthy for your body. Follow these tips- 1) Avoid spicy diet and increase dairy products in your meals. 2) Take a sound sleep of at least 9-10 hour a day. 3) Use Shesham tree leave bark powder and use it 1/2 tsp twice. 4) Wash your vagina with alum (Fitkari) water daily.

Common causes of headache are Vision problem, sinusitis, anxiety, tensions, migraine, stress, cold, high BP. Commonest being inadequate sleep. I would suggest u to -- Get ur vision checked and blood pressure checked. If sinusitis, take steam inhalation twice daily. Over the counter painkiller will give u relief. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. Avoid stress and tensions. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Dear , first get urine test done. If it shows more than 5 pus cells then take ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day 1 hour before meals for 15 days and check urine again. If urine shows less than 5 pus cells then you don't have infection and we have to look for likely cause some where else. For that constipation and anal fissure with passage of hard stools is another possibility.

I am 21 years old male, I am suffering from back pain since last week .the pain comes backside of abdomen above hip. The pain occurs when bending forward and backwards. A small stone in my kidney was formed two months ago ,i have not removed the stone yet. Is that a reason for back pain or any other reason. Hi this is Dr.Vyas u have to do hot fermentation, back extension exercises and stretching of hamstring and glutius (hip join). If possible to go a physiotherapy center then do initially ift for 2 days then Ultrasound therapy for 5-7 days. I will be cure quickly.

Dear lybrate user I think you are suffering with allergic manifestation. Take investigation for blood dl c. Ande. S. R. Andx-ray of chest. May be you have eisinophillic broncoitis you should take turmeric powder 1gm with warm water and sitopaladi powder 3gm. With honey. Thrwice in day avoid cold drink, ice cream dahi chhach etc.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

hello u need not worry, u need to do exercise especially surya namaskar as told by Dr. V.Sowmi along with a healthy balanced diet. avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. include foods like green tea, lemon water, sprouts, salad veggies like cabbage, onion, tomato, cucumbers, kakri, fruits like papaya, apple, pear. thank u

Your diet should be rich in calcium especially since menopause might have set in. Milk, curd, green leafy vegetables, tofu are good sources of calcium. Preferably low fat milk and curds. Increase intake of soya products as it will get converted to oestrogen. Protein and carbohydrate normal intake. Limit fat intake and avoid fatty foods. Fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals.

Get a dilated refraction done by an ophthalmologist. Two important things which shouldn't be missed is your child's correct glass power (which maybe a plus number) and a thorough fundus examination to look for any other positive findings for headache. Thanks.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.
