Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

I have histamine intolerance and due to this I have chronic urticaria and indigestion with gas trouble. After lunch I feel heavy and feel like digestion is very slow. I tried many medicines including anti histamines but it gave me temporary relief for urticaria and no relief for indigestion and bloating. Then I started taking Wow antibiotics which gave me relief from urticaria to a great extent. But I still have a problem of slow digestion and feel gassy as well as get headache. When gas is released I fell better and headache is gone. I also take digestive enzymes analyse, Lipase, Triptase and Protease but not giving me relief. Now I am thinking of adding Alfa galactosidase, Phytase, Invertase etc. Will it help? . Please advise.

Please don't worry so much start doing regular yoga and pranayam avoid oily spicy and fast food avoid rice take salads and fruits more keep your stomach slightly empty always avoid constipation to develop avoid maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc take cap trikatu by himalaya 2 cap per day after food once a day cap triphala by himalaya 1 1 tab ebasil 15 1 at nt tab zentel 1 1 please reconsult on lybrate after 15 days, we will think about panchkarma for you.

Hello Lybrate user according to Ayurveda Vata vikriti is the main factor for pain. Treatment- 1-apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation. 2-take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. 3-Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. 4-Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Hello, you are doing exercise daily but may be not following diet. Take high protein food. Reduced carbohydrates food and do not take fruits more than 150-200g. Alternatively do cardio exercises approx 1 hour.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

5 things every man must know about sex before age 30

If you are 30 and you have no clue about these, then you have totally wasted your youth.

We change as we grow older, hopefully,our ideas about sex morph too. Your 20's is a time to experiment with sex and figure out as much sex moves as you are comfortable with.

Ladies first

It often takes much (much!) longer for women to reach the grand finale. To be a caring, loving and passionate lover, it's important that you don't finish too fast and ruin the experience for her. There's a bigger payoff to you when you put her pleasure before yours. It shows that you are not only a considerate lover but many women interpret it as an overall sensitivity and statement about your respect for him. Learn to enjoy the sensation of making out and foreplay to make sure that you develop a more inclusive definition of sex.

Getting her in the mood

Though you might be ready to go at it as soon as you wake up and get annoyed when you're turned down what seems like every night of the week, sexual maturity means valuing a mutual connection instead of your hard-on. Instead of rolling your eyes or getting upset, consider what you can do to better understand what will get her in the mood instead of why she's not horny. Many men don't realize that the typical female sexual response cycle is reliant on physical stimulation; which means that either she or you needs to initiate actual touch in order to become arouse. Men have more testosterone in their bodies, which is the main hormonal driver of sex. Women are not as testosterone-driven, therefore, arousal often needs to take place through purposeful fantasy or touch first.

Effective oral

Many younger men get intimidated by oral sex and don't learn to fully enjoy it. As you approach 30, you should have had enough practice to learn how to relax into it and watch her response so that you'll - and she'll - get more out of it. Do not focus entirely on the head of the clitoris: Learn to lick, suck and tease the inner and outer labia. Also, give some attention to the area that surrounds the clitoris. Many women find direct clitoral stimulation too much for them.

How to go more than once in the same night

Often times, women might not experience that awesome orgasm from the first time you have sex in an evening, but by the second, they're fully turned on and ready to go. Problem is, you can't rise to the challenge every time that you'd like. By 30, you can train yourself - and your body - to be able to give her what she wants. If you want to ejaculate more than once in the same night, it all has to do with your refractory period, which is the time that elapses from your last ejaculation to your next erection. Times vary and they tend to correlate with age (the shorter the period, the younger you are). But don't let that stop you from engaging in more sex play; sometimes you might be pleasantly surprised.

Difference between having sex and making love

When you really care about someone, your sex life will reflect your relationship. While you'll have some really hot times that have a dirty talk, possibly some S and M and some rougher sex, you'll also want to take the time to really experience each other and make love. Making love involves more time and-and attention to the finer things about sex. It's all about the details. Having a wider definition of sex and focusing on sensation will help you stay present in the moment. Looking in her eyes at different points during sex and connecting with her on all levels beyond penetration will help you convey to her that you are in it for more than just to get off.

Had unprotected intercourse on 28 June & taken unwanted 72 within 1 hour. Somehow taken another unwanted 72 on 30 June. Had very very less period on 5th July. UPT done on 17 July & 1st August which are negative. Ultrasound done on 1st August & it was also negative. My Average period date was 1st of every month. Now I am not having any Symptom of the period. Can it lead to pregnancy? Please suggest what to do now. Regards.

There is less possibility to get pregnant. But to rule out pregnancy go for an fresh UPT test and wait for an spontaneous bleeding to come or meet obstetrician for an opinion.

Protein intake of. 8-1 gram per pound of body weight. If you are overweight, you can base your intake off of lean body mass instead.
