Solution for Dark Circles

BHMS
Homeopath,
Solution for Dark Circles
Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily. Diet: Vitamins A, C, E and K are essential to healthy skin and most effective when applied topically.

Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. For fast growth of beard apply these very useful methods: • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Do neck massage with oil daily.

What should be done in order to get rid of oily skin which leads to high swet in the summer and is unbearable.
Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2 times a week on the area.

I am having pimples for the last few months and they leaving a dark scar on my face. How to remove them please suggest.

I am having pimples for the last few months and they leaving a dark scar on my face. How to remove them please suggest.
Hello lybrate-user, I can understand that more than the pimples its the scars marks left behind which are more concerning but don't worry there is a definite way of removing those but will require patience from your side. There are topical applications which can be used at night which will help you to get rid of those. Also you can take peels treatment from an expert cosmetic physician. Along with all this you can take nutritional anti-oxidant sups which will help you internally as well. Have lots of water, vegetables and fruits and stay away from oily and spicy food. Follow some form of exercise routine regularly. Also make sure that you take adequate steps for not getting more pimples or else it will get difficult for you to get free from scars as it will be an ongoing process. Hope this helps :)

How to remove pox spot on the face, hand and other body parts and which foods good for body after pox?
Chicken pox marks can easily be controlled by implementing below given methods in your life style.Being a homoeopath I will suggest you a cream alongwith which will help you along with this natural applicators. • Tomato and Lemon Juice. These fruits have natural bleaching properties which greatly reduce and whitens black spot marks. To use, simply apply a small amount using a cotton applicator (Q-tip). Apply the juices on the dark spots only and avoid touching the surrounding skin especially if you have a darker complexion. You don't want to bleach the surrounding skin.. • Aloe Vera. The aloe Vera is one of the most effective natural remedy to remove black spots caused by chicken pox. The aloe Vera efficiently nourishes the skin and enhance the regenerative properties of the skin. To use, simply apply the aloe Vera gel on your skin. • Hydration. Taking enough fluids (10 to 12 glasses) will make your body properly hydrated, which also enhances the functions of the cells in the body. • Vitamin E supplement. Vitamin E greatly enhances the ability of the skin to regenerate and efficiently makes it healthier. A daily vitamin E supplement will help you remove the dark spots on your skin. .ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply at night in circular fashion on spots. Report after 2 months

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

Tomato, yogurt and lemon juice face pack: this pack works wonders in removing dark spots and pigmentation from sun tanned skin. The citric property of tomato, yogurt and lemon juice works as natural bleach. In addition, tomato juice works as a natural toner to shrink open pores and reduce oiliness of skin. In order to prepare this pack mix 2 table spoon of tomato pulp, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 table spoon of yogurt in a bowl and apply on face. Let it dry for 30 minutes. Wash with cold water. The tomato juice may cause a sensation of itchiness in the beginning, but it will mellow down with regular application. You can achieve this aromatic face mask by mixing the following ingredients one small tbsp. Of sandal wood paste 2 drops of rose oil? 1 drop of lavender oil 2tbsp of besan a pinch of turmeric powder mix it all with some malai or buttermilk ensure you leave the paste for at least 10-15 minutes and when used at least once a week, it relieves stress, thus giving your skin youthful glow. Any queries inform me.

HAIR Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. 1.tab biotin daily for 1 month 2.tab fe ( if your fe level is reeduce ) 3.scalp massage with antioxidant oil this is basic advice that is given without seeing your actual conditionbut i tried my level best, before using medicine on your body its my sincere advice to take advantage of lybrate low cost treatment of private consultation on your application

Hi sir. Recently on june I gave birth to s male child. But I m facing too much of hair loss. What should I do?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Hi sir. Recently on june I gave birth to s male child. But I m facing too much of hair loss. What should I do?
1. Avoid tight hairstyles. Pulling on your hair, or styling it tightly, can cause hairs to be pulled out. Styling or playing with your hair too often may also contribute to hair loss. Opt for loose hair styles to lessen the strain and damage to your hair. o Avoid tight braids, using hair rollers, or tight hair clips and holders. o Don't use hot oil treatments on your hair either, as they can be damaging to the hair and scalp. o Avoid playing with your hair often, twisting or pulling on it. 2.Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. If your comb has tightly spaced teeth, it may pull on your hair, more than a brush with wider teeth would. This pulling can cause more hair loss. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth for a gentler way to brush your hair. o When brushing your hair, always brush gently. o Wet hair is more fragile than when it is dry. Be careful when combing or brushing wet hair. 3.Be careful with heat. Using any heated tool on your hair can cause damage and increase hair loss. Try to avoid using any device such as hair dryers or curling irons. If you must use a hair dryer, set it to the coolest setting you can. 4.Find the right hair products. Certain hair products, shampoos and conditioners, are believed to help keep hair looking full and healthy. You may have to try a few different products before you find one that works best for your hair and hair style. Try looking for some of the following qualities: o Look for products labeled “volumizing shampoo”. o Avoid “conditioning shampoos” as these can make the hair appear less full or heavy. o Avoid “intensive conditioners”. These may be too heavy and cause your hair to look less full. o Try to find conditioners that are designed for fine hair. o Products that contain biotin or silica may help as well 5.Avoid stress. Being under stress can increase hair loss. Stress may cause your hair follicles to go into a resting phase, resulting in thinner hair coverage. Hair loss caused by stress can be reversed by reducing that stress. 6.Try a new haircut. Ask your hairstylist to cut your hair, in a new style, that makes it look fuller. Remember that hair loss caused during post-pregnancy is temporary, and that you can always restyle your hair once it starts recovering. Longer hair styles can make hair loss more noticeable. 7.Watch your diet. Your diet can have an effect on the health of your hair. By eating certain foods you can help ensure that you have healthy hair. Try monitoring your diet for the following vitamins and minerals: o Hair consists of protein. Getting enough protein in your diet will help keep your hair strong. o Monitor your iron intake. If you eat meat, try consuming lean meat for a healthy source of iron. Vegetarian sources of iron include soybeans, lentils, and spinach. o Vegetables and fruits can contain flavonoids and antioxidants, which can help with the maintenance of hair follicles. 8.Start taking supplements. Some supplements are recommended to keep hair healthy and strong. While you wait for your hormone levels and hair growth to return to normal, you can maintain your hair with the following supplements: o Try taking vitamin B, C, E and zinc. o There is some evidence that taking biotin in oral form, zinc, and topical application of a cream containing clobetasol propionate, can help with hair loss o Applying lavender oil mixed with thyme, rosemary and cedar wood oils, may help treat some forms of hair loss. 9.Consider using hormonal birth-control. After pregnancy, your estrogen levels will be lower than normal. Hormonal birth-control can help boost estrogen levels, which in turn, may help with hair loss after pregnancy. o You must wait at least four weeks after giving birth before starting any hormonal birth-control. Starting too soon can increase the risk of blood clots. o If you are nursing, you should wait until your supply of milk is established, as birth-control can disrupt milk production. Tips • Don't worry. Hair loss after pregnancy is temporary. After six to twelve months, you hair should return to normal.

It happens because of the deficiency of essential vitamins and minerals which are needed by our body. Better just take naturamore female powder just twice in a day for 2 months. Everything will be alright. Because vitamins and minerals form the most basic component of our body. Once it gets imbalanced then every problem starts. Do when you provide this supplements to body vital functions. Everything will be alright. Infact the disease which is about to come under this. Will also start reverting back to normal. And get eye massage done to toning up eye muscles and you will get more glowing skin. Still if you have any queries. Please let em know. Take care.
