Your headache should be due to sinusitis and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through a crescent steam inhaler, eight hourly and also wear clothing covering the forehead while travelling

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Average size of erect penis is 5 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which is the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. I suggest online sex education and counseling. Take care.

There are many ayurvedic medicines for this purpose like ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan. Panchnimbadi churna. Panchtikta ghrit guggul. Arogya vardhini vati. Khadirarishta. Marichyadi oil. Pranacharya b clean syrup. Take these medicines by consulting with a good ayurvedic doctor.

Dear Lybrateuser, -To increase your body metabolism you have to take a balanced diet, do regular exercise, distress & have good sleep for at least 7-8 hrs at night -have proper breakfast of milk with oats/cereals with fruit, an egg or poha, have meals on time ,have a fruit like an apple or an orange, pear as a snack or yogurt, mixed nuts, sprouts -do aerobic exercise like a walk in the morning or yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min to distress & gain strength -have 7-8 glasses of water a day as less water causes lethargy & tiredness -a restful sleep for 7-8 hrs at night is very important to keep you active & alert the next day, keep sleep & wake up time fixed, avoid tv & mobile before sleep -relax by reading, listening to music & follow a hobby.

Hello, Looking at your height and weight you have grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 33.75 kgs/M2. This can be a major contributory factor for your future problem. Since you have no diabetes now, it is important for you to cut your weight (ideal weight 55 kgs). By leaving breakfast there is nothing going to happen. Breakfast is said to be the best meal of the day, as keeps ones energy level high through the day. Thanks.

painful passage of stools while defecation along with appearance of 2-3 drops of blood mixed with stools is likely indicative of anal fissure. acute fissure requires medical treatment only. long standing fissures require surgery.

It is due to infection in ear so start tab. Advent 625 mg three times a day and tab. Ibugesic plus twice a day for 1 week. Use oflobe-d ear drops 3-3-3. Avoid water entry into ear.
