Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. Local application of Volini gel 1% twice a day for 2-3 day if it seems to be muscular pain you should go for BP check I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast consult Physician/me for Further Management

What should I do?
Thank you for the query. Presence of worms itself may lead to symptoms like pain abdomen, nausea and can cause anaemia (specially hookworm infestation). Sine you have already spotted a worm, a stool examination for OPC (Ova-parasite-cyst) may not be needed in your case. You can go for de-worming therapy with medications like Albendazole. To know the dose and regime of the medication, consult your physician. A blood for Haemoglobin may be done to rule out anaemia. Regards.

Hi lybrate user, it would be nice to get more information such as headache causing sleep disturbance or sleep disturbance causing headache. If reason is headache than consult pain specialist for proper evaluation and treatment and if reason is sleep disturbance then kindly consult neurologist to find out the reason and eliminate it. I have fever in last 20day with some pain and take normal viral medicine for that but that was no effect fever is some time high and some time normal I test dengue and malaria both are negative first I test dengue that time wbc is 8600 and I test malaria that time wbc is 6600 also 100k difference in platelets in last 3 day I found some blood in my latrine what was behind this?

Bleeding can occur in dengue but not necessarily. Counts are normal. Probably no need to report anything. But if you have another episode of bleeding you should consult.

Mix olive, almond, kalonji oils, castrol and lemon juicejuice equally. Apply on face with cotton balls daily. Wash with normal water after an hr. Report after two weeks for further step on the basis of your info.

Dear, You can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain muscular body, your digestion should work properly For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow The diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * • In the evening eat a bowl of boiled soyabean (daal) and after that eat an apple. * In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. WILL MORE SEX GIVE HAPPINESS?

Despite what many may think, getting a little more active between the sheets isn't a path to more happiness, a new study suggests.

The study from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh included 128 married, heterosexual couples, aged 35 to 65. All were randomly assigned to either double the amount of sex they had each week or to have their usual amount of sex.

Researchers then tracked the couples' happiness over three months using online questionnaires.

According to the researchers, people who had more sex were not happier than those who had their usual amount of sex. Instead, the study found, the couples who had more sex actually had a small decrease in happiness.

Delving deeper, the team found that one reason why simply having more sex did not make couples happier was because it seemed tied to a drop in their desire for, and enjoyment of, sex.

It wasn't that having more sex led to lower desire and enjoyment of sex, however. Rather, it was because they were asked to do it -- rather than initiating sex on their own, the study authors said.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Dear lybrate user. Its a very nice question. Every person on this earth is different and we all fall on a range of peraonality traits say for example from extroversion to introversion. This range for a person is predecided by the genes he is having and getting expressed, while exatly where a person will fall is decided by his upbringing that is the environmental factors. So everyone is born with a rubberband personality traits which has a range to which it can be stetched but the exact stetch is decided by his upbringing for the initial 18 years. There is nothing wrong to be sensitive or anxious when there is a significant event like as you stated about your car getting struck by the truck. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels.
