Hi lybrate-user, 2 months cough and coughing out blood means you have to do 1st tb workup. Other symptoms of tb are low grade fever, loss appetite and weight loss. 1st better to go to physician and do routine lab tests and chest x-ray, you can find the solution.

You can consider liposuction but if you want you can also reduce it in a natural way. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Losing weight weight is not a single day process.Try these- Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Eat small amount of food.Take food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Eat watery vegetables.Take whole fruits more.Use unrefined foods. Take extra protein for weight loss.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Include more fiber in diet.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning then do exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,plank,push up,sit ups.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.

I am a SMOKER and take 5-8 cigrate a day. But on the other hand I do yoga and deep breathing exercises every morning and after that have a cup of green tea. By doing all these I feel myself very much active through out the day and don't feel any kind of drowsiness or felling of sickness as many of my smoker friends feel. So my question is that. whether I am capable enough to eliminate the adverse effects of smoking by all these sort of exercises.

Hello. Good that you take green tea and practice yoga and breathing exercise to keep yourself fit. As far as smoking is concerned, it has adverse effects on health. Practice yoga keeping in mind to overcome the smoking habit gradually.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot develop or tone your abdominal muscles in a time limit. Also first you must work on increasing your weight before you start working on just trying to make abs. Firstly understand that muscle gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Muscle gain is all about taking more nutrients than you use up. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps muscle gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 meals a day. Eat a protein rich mid meal between each main meal. Pre/ post workout meals need a certain amount of carbs and proteins depending on your exercise routine. Avoid junk, sugary, oily foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, healthy oils in your diet. Restrict eating sugary, sweet foods. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least 6 days a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

ur sugar levels are not in control...ur insulin dosage are required to be increased...which insulin are u taking currently...the erection problem is a manifestation of diabetic neuropathy caused by uncontrolled b.sugar...first and foremost get the sugar levels in control.....insulin doses can be decide only after u tell which type of insulin are u taking

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Dear excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Drink three litres of water daily

Yes her weight got increased due to increase sugar intake. Its just personal choice of a person if she likes milk with or without milk. Importantly her milk intake is appropriate and sugar intake is also there. If not together then its not a problem. Unless and untill if she did not feel uneasy after drinking milk or suffer from loose stool.

Hi Pintu, you can definitely gain some weight by having a high calorie diet. However it is not possible to increase your height at the age of 22. For diet, try to eat every 2-3 hrs. Have proper breakfast , lunch & dinner and also include 3 in-between small meals. Have roti, rice, veg, dal / non-veg at your lunch & dinner. Have a good breakfast including milk, eggs or paneer sandwiches, poha,upma, parathas sometimes.

My wife is known diabetic.Last year one big carbonkull came on her right side of the private parts.She has sufferred lot then and it has been removed by surgery by doctors.Now very same carbonkull is starting to come on the left side of the private parts.She is worriying because of pain.What to do ? To reduce lower body fat you need to start up your day with a glass of lukewarm water. Include good amount of Fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals and fried food, sugary drinks along with fruit juices. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.

Along with gym you should take balanced diet. Take proper food before and after gym. Use protein shake or whey protein immediately after workout. As protein is needed extra for gym goers. Before workout take brown rice, sweet potato with steamed broccoli with olive oil, banana with almond butter or peanut butter. Oat meal, berries, walnut, apple. After workout protein shake with banana, almond milk, hemp seed as excellent protein source. Salad with roasted chicken with added vinegar, olive oil, multi grain bread, steamed vegetables, brown rice. Drink lots of water and proper sleep.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
