How Hormone Fluctuation Can Lead To Low Energy Levels?

Hormones are powerful chemicals that help keep our bodies working normally. They stimulate, regulate, and control the function of various tissues and organs. Made by specialized groups of cells within structures called glands, hormones are involved in almost every biological process including sexual reproduction, growth, metabolism, and immune function. These glands, including the pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, ovaries, and testes, release various hormones into the body as needed. Hormones have an especially large impact on the energy levels and persistent and chronic fatigue sufferers have been shown to often have hormonal deficiencies.

Many women between the ages of 35 and 55 complain of low energy levels or extreme fatigue characterized by a rush of exhaustion and the feeling of the drain of energy. It prevents them from carrying out the simplest of everyday tasks.  Many say that they are tired throughout the day and find themselves craving for naps more often. 

When to consult a doctor?

Bloating, irritability, palpitations, mood swings, problems related to blood sugar, trouble concentrating, infertility, and fatigue are some of the most common symptoms of hormone imbalance. These compounds affect every cell and system in the body. Hormone imbalance can debilitate you. These possible but uncommon complications of fatigue can include depression or a reduced reaction time and these conditions have some specific warning signs. Women who experience frequent symptoms of extreme fatigue that are interfering with their daily lives should be immediately treated.

Prevention of fatigue: There are many different things that a person suffering from fatigue can do to prevent and manage symptoms. While there is no one single cure for fatigue, there are changes that a person can make in his life, which will help to decrease the mental and physical effects of fatigue. Lifestyle changes are the first line of treatment available and are very important to treat fatigue. Focusing on diet, exercise, and following healthy habits can have a huge impact as well. In addition, right supplements can also help to keep the endocrine system in a good shape and therefore, help prevent or ease the symptoms of hormonal imbalance, which includes fatigue.

It is B12, not B17. Milk and dairy product have highest B12. Take curd/buttermilk daily. There are tablets and injections available, which you need to get prescribed by a physician.

If you experience an unexplained weight loss, surpassing 5 percent of your body weight within days, see your health care provider as soon as possible.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. Combine these dietary changes with 1 hour play/walk / gym exercise. Hye, thanks for the query. You are underweight by 3 to 4 kgs. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and I will suggest you to take tablet Neurobion forte twice a day for a month.

Nuts, such as almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, are full of calories and make the perfect snack between meals. Munch on them to enjoy their taste, nutrients and of course weight gain. Nuts contain healthy fats and are a healthy way to increase your weight. However, do not stuff yourself with them, as you will not feel hungry for your next meal.
