Being a homoeopath, I will advise you to undergo homoeopathic treatment as homoeopathic medicine along with exercises aand a diet plan are very effective combination for improving eyesight. Consult me------------------------------Diet for EYESIGHT Lutein and zeaxanthin are both important nutrients for eye health, 6 as both of them are found in high concentrations in your macula—the small central part of your retina responsible for detailed central vision. More specifically, lutein is also found in your macular pigment – known for helping to protect your central vision and aid in blue light absorption—and zeaxanthin is found in your retina. Estimated daily dose of lutein is 10 mg per day, and at 2 mg/day for zeaxanthin. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are primarily found in green leafy vegetables, although zeaxanthin is far scarcer than lutein. Kale and spinach are two of the most lutein-rich foods, but you'll also find it in carrots, squash, and other orange and yellow fruits and vegetables. Both lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids called xanthophylls, which give plants and vegetables their yellow-orange color, and the name" lutein" comes from the Latin word" luteus, which means" yellow. If you remember this, it may help you pick out vegetables that are likely to contain higher amounts of these two nutrients. Egg yolk is another source of both lutein and zeaxanthin that is well absorbed by your body Most of the dark green leafy vegetables, previously recommended for a higher intake of lutein and zeaxanthin, have 15-47 percent of lutein, but a very low content (0-3 percent) of zeaxanthin. Study shows that fruits and vegetables of various colors can be consumed to increase dietary intake of lutein and zeaxanthi It is also important to note that lutein is an oil-soluble nutrient, so if you eat the vegetables without some oil or butter your body can't absorb the lutein. Adding a little bit of healthy fat, such as olive oil, coconut oil, or raw organic butter, will maximize your lutein absorption. Eye sight weak Take CARBONEUM SULPHURATUM 6c, one dose every morning for 1 week Week2: Take ARGENTINUM NIT 6c, one dose, every morning for 1 week Week3 to 6: Take Natrum Mur 30c, once a week for 1 month (not daily, only once a week, say only on Sundays) All these three medicines will help to increase the general health as well. 1. Take one Raw Carrot, grated and eaten fresh every morning (eating by slowly chewing is important for complete digestion. Grating externaly helps to chew) 2. Doing some simple eye excercise helps to maximize the benefit of eye nutrition medicines given above.

If your vision is blurred after C3R, I would suggest seeing your doctor. Some physicians remove the epithelium during the C3-R procedure, if this was the case in your situation it may just be a matter of healing. Epi-Off C3-R can take up to six months for full healing.

Dear lybrate-user:- you r suffering from wrinkles on face. Take regullar aerobic exercises, coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water. Avoid previous facecream. You may try patanjali anti wrinkle face cream.

Since 2 years I have been a patient of ocd (obsessive cumulative disorder). And taking fluoxin cr100. But when I stop this medicine it comes back. How to stop this permanently and live happily without over thinking. Wht should I do please suggest. Overthinking is ruining me in many stages of life.

Dear Mayank, Overthinking is not necessariliy a sign of OCD. However, assuming that your condition is indeed OCD, and it completely settles with fluvoxamine, the key thing to look for here is the duration of treatment. very often, the symptoms re-emerge because of premature stoppage of medicines. So first thing is to do a detailed interview and rectify these things. Psychotherapy (in the form of BT or CBT or CT) ca be done to make you self reliant and wean you off medications.But this will need considerable effort and time from your side as well as from the therapist. But that is really the way to go if you want to stop medicines. Take care!
