Go for walk daily . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help,

Dear, *The following practices often cause the hair to break: *Too much shampooing, combing, or brushing (100 strokes or more a day). *Rubbing wet hair dry with a towel. *Brushing or combing wet hair. *For many people, hair is more elastic when wet. This means it breaks off more easily than dry hair. During orthodontic treatment that is braces tratment maintaining oral hygiene and cleaning teeth is utmost important as if ignored it can effect your gum health which can lead to more complex situation such as bleeding gums and can also lead to loosening of teeth. There are special brushes available in market which can be used during braces treatment and you can also use interdental brushes to clean in between teeth. Ideally you should brush after every meal if you are undergoing braces treatment and avoid any sticky, chewy and sweet food.

I want to reduce my weight.
To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Once you lose extra weight, your blood pressure will also remain under check. You may be able to even reduce your medication. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert for further assessment and customised approach. With customised lifestyle modification approaches, people over 100-150 kg are also losing weight for long term. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Go for brisk walks or jogging for 45 minutes every day. Best wishes.

I am suffering from diabeties for the last about 33 years, I am taking 7 units of insulluin and one tablet both morning and evening. When I checked recently, my fasting level was 112 and post breakfast was 100 when done on a gluco meter. Can I reduce the insulin? Please advise.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

To overcome obesity problems it is important to make some lifestyle changes in your daily routine such as proper eating habit, proper sleep, regular exercising, walking and meditation which will benefit your overall health. Causes of obesity? unhealthy lifestyle? unhealthy diet or binge-eating habit? lack of exercise or physical activity? lack of sleep? genes and family heredity? health conditions? medication? stress? apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy for weight loss. Make a mixture of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with water or juice and drink daily to help break down the fat in your body. For more queries inform me. Some abdominal exercises: abdominal crunches? lay down flat on the floor? bend the knees with feet on the floor? place your hands by the side of your ears? take a deep breath? crunch up lifting the head and chest a bit. The aim is to try and touch the knees with the forehead. But do not try to do it in the first attempt. Give your body some time? now move down gradually, exhaling the air. Descending movement must be slower than the crunch up movement. Repeat the steps 5 to 10 times.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill

I am 23 of age, male. Height 5.8. Weight 50. I have skinny body for almost last 4-5 years. I have normal diet but I hardly feel hungry all the day now I don't even have the diet that I used to have in my school time, 5 years back. I din't even smoke or drink ever. Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hi …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals… 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal… 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 4) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 5) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. C) take 30 ml juice of Indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. D) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals …. Do all these things for 21 days…it gives you good result. THANKS.

your creatinine is higher side . take plenty of water, avoid protein diets, oily foods, take syp. alksol 15 ml thrice a day with in 1 glass of water. tab. bencid 500mg once a day for 15 days. and repeat test kft. and consult again.

You can go for invasalign which are invisible braces. Or else get a cosmetic treatment where the doc would trim your crooked teeth n take the impression and get a new set of crowns which would be permanently fixed. I would suggest at this young an age you go in for ceramic braces or invasalign ones.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. There are matters to be discussed privately. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given if you ask privately. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately
