Are you diabetic? get it checked. Is swelling also there at ankle? get a blood test done for uric acid. Contrast bath may help you. Alternate hot & cold water immersion. 1: 1 each. Start from hot & end on hot. 15-20mins session. Twice daily.

Sir I feel moderate pain in my back & neck & some time got neck veins twisted for seconds & soon afterwords get back to normal condition(mostly when working on Laptop).I got one stent last year.Some time I feel very little pain beneath heart also. Hi this is dr.Vyas u may have only muscular pain so u need to make it power full so start with gentle warm-up exercise and walking then do some heavy ex. With thera band and correct yr posture coz some time these pain due to wrong postures.

My accident happen as a train accident and my both femur fractured in both the femur doctor put rod. I got accident on 2010 it's almost 6 year. First while walking gate problem but it's become very less now is it possible to walk straight without any gate problem. Rod is now also along with femur.

there is minimal gait abnormality found in such types of operations if surgeon performed good surgery. Due to muscle weakness and knee there is some gait problem but resolves as the muscles strengthen.

Sir my father has back pain I took him to MRI scan for spine in the report says" Static vertebral alignment of whole spine is normal. Signals from the cord uniform & normal. No e/o focal / diffuse bulging of chord. Cervical spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of all discs. Disc bulge at c6/c7 intending thecal sac. Disc bulge at D7/D1 intending cord. Dorsal spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of upper dorsal discs. Disc bulge at D2/D3 intending cord. Lumbar spine: Signals from vertebral bodies are normal .endplates are normal. Degeneration of L3/L4&L4/L5 discs. Central disc herniation with inferior migration at L4/L5 intending thecal sac. Is there necessary for surgery or any way by using medicine or homeopathy please tell me sir what I have to do the best way Thanking you sir.

hello.... No need for surgery... In homeopathy there is treatment for degeneration of bones.... Joint pain can cripple movement along with the distress it causes. Osteoarthritis, in fact, is a degenerative disease of joints. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You should not be having persistent back pain, please elaborate your problem in detail as to whether there is any pain radiating down in legs and any other symptoms like numbness, paraesthesia, weakness in legs etc do you feel fever, weight loss, loss of apetite etc if you have localized back pain, you can start with - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. Get back to me in case your symptoms do not get better in 2-3 weeks time. Actually I will advise for dynamic x rays of your back if you are not improving with conservative management after 2-3 weeks time. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Stop cycling, take rest for three days without weight bearing .start qudraceps exercise by sitting on a tall chair straight your knee for many times after your rest period. Make this exercise as a habit. Good luck.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Check your sugar levels immediately. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Best Exercises For Knee Pain dear you can do it, Except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial Squats E pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. KeSide-Lying Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, aSUsing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower.
