As you r already having hypertension (though under control with medicines, you should b careful while using skin related chemical compounds. I would advise you to see any homoeopathic expert for your skin problem, where the treatment will b based on symptomatically, so you can get better results, I hope. Whiteheads and blackheads are a type of mild acne. These occur when dead skin cells accumulate on your skin pores. They are also known as ‘comedones’. Blackheads appear like black spots on your face, and are often mistaken for dirt. Whiteheads are more stubborn than blackheads and they might be accompanied by tiny spots called papules or pustules. Recommended Treatment

One of the peels involved in the treatment is a natural acetic acid peel, which treats whiteheads and blackheads. The peel has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. 2. The other kind of treatment involves a thorough therapy comprising of the following stages:

  1. Cleansing: Skin inflammations are reduced with a blend of antioxidant teas.
  2. Massaging: Before the blackheads extraction can be started, your skin will be massaged to prepare for the procedure.
  3. Mask: A mask will be applied next on your face, and then the extraction process will begin.
  4. Toning: Either a tea blend or salicylic acid will be used to unclog pores and control extra oil.
  5. Mud Mask: A mud mask made from sea minerals and ‘ichthammol’ is applied to absorb oil and prevent breakouts in the future.
  6. Calming Mask: This type of mask contains both tea blends and buttermilk. It soothes and calms the skin.
  7. Hydration: Microalgae control extra oil, while reducing flakiness and dryness, thus hydrating your skin. It also contains zinc oxide, which reduces redness and mattes the skin.

Additionally, experts will provide you skincare products that you can use at home after the clinical treatment is over. This ensures future breakouts don’t occur and you skin remains beautiful and clear.

If you do not have any problem, you can just observe it by usg every 6 months and get it operated if symptoms develop. There is no way to remove it but surgery can be avoided in asymptomatic gall stone.

For stretchmarks: 1. Try to scrub the area daily and put vitamin e oil 2. You can also apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes 3. Use aloe vera gel on the area once a day 4. Use rich cocoa butter before going.

Upper abdominal pain below the rib cage is due to gastritis. You must regularise and refine your diet. Mid abdominal pain is due to urine or bowel disturbance. Do routine urine and stool tests and treatment will depend on results. Lower abdominal pain can be due to round ligament strain, bladder infection, uterine fibroids, constipation and few other problems for which you need a GYN checkup and ultrasound. Visit to a doctor can settle up the issue once and for all, because many a times pain during pregnancy may be nonspecific, and you only need reassurance.

It feels like you are having knee Osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis can occur at any time of life but the incidence increases with age. It usually affects people over 40 years of age. There is no cure for osteoarthritis but the progression of the disease can be slowed and pain and disability reduced. Treatment options include: Healthy body weight: Maintaining a healthy body weight will reduce stress on the arthritic joints. If the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities you should avoid until knee pain and swelling resolve: Squatting Kneeling Twisting and pivoting. You have to break the cycle. Sleep at 11pm. After taking hot milk with with dates or figs. It induces sleep. Must avoid late hours--watching tv//using net//mobile//laptop till late. Initially will be difficult --but he has to follow for better sleep. Feel free to ask privately for more suggestions.

I have ulcer. Doctor gvs me some medicines like lesuride. And pantop hp. My actual problem is high anxiety, fear. Some times I cannot go outside, do not concentrate any thing. Gas trouble(high). I have done endoscopy, it shows 2 or more scratches in my abdominal. I cannot sleep well, study well, don' t concentrate any thing, high mental depression. I consult a psychiatrist he gives me lonazep 0. 5 and some medicines. Without lonazep I cannot go outside. Plz help me doctors what is my actual problem? Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
