Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya company 1 tablet daily for atleast 3 months but only under the supervision of ayurveda expert.

I am aged 85 years. Normotensive. Non-diabetic. Daignosed bph, on urimax 0.4mg 1 cap at night for about 3 years. Lately, having tightness of head throughout day & walking gait like an alcoholic. Please advise.

Hello , based on the above info, I can only suggest you is. 1. Put a cotton in your ears so that cold you will be safe from cold air. 2. Dont be in ac environment for a long time. Try to keep your body warm. 3. Do meditation if possible for about ten mins every day. 4. Add, protein (after personal consultation), vitamins and minerals to your diet. 5. Hello Jack, Stress, tension, anxiety, thyroid problems, hormonal imbalances etc are the most common reasons for insomnia. If you are having back and neck problems while sleeping, even that can cause discomfort leading to inability to sleep. You can try changing your mattress or pillow. Try using a hard mattress as it is helpful if you have spondylosis of any sort. Besides, you can take Tablet Atarax 10 mg, one tablet at bed time. This is a very mild sedative and will help you sleep better.

Weak gums implies deposition of tartar on teeth, so start brushing with soft toothbrush and sensodyne toothpaste, if still your problem persists, let me know.

Hi,Take 1. Homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquafolium mother tincture.take 5 drops of it mix with water ,once a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day . 3. wash your face with besan and curd , mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply Bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. Apply rose water to your face at night. 6. Apply cucumber juice+ lemon juice+ tomato juice on your back and neck. 7.Apply Multani mitti pack on the face,wash it off after it dries.
