I m getting fat please give me some instructions for that how I m getting thin. And how can I loose my weight?
You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. Please note that weight reduction cannot be achieved overnight or over a week/month as many ask. It is an ongoing process of reducing food intake and exercising to burn the calories you consume. There are exercises specific for each part of body like cheek, hips, thighs or abdomen/ buttocks, or chest. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 kms and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as much food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. By cutting 500 calories a day (a total of 3500 per week), and otherwise eating a balanced diet, you may find you lose approximately a pound a week. This rate of weight loss is considered reasonable and healthy. A diet chart timing foods to eat calories early morning lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass 0 tea without sugar + 2 biscuits 90 breakfast 2 rotis + 1/2 cup paneer curry 330 or brown bread upma 1 plate + milk 1 cup 300 mid-morning1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes 50 lunchbrown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl + raita 1 small bowl 345 evening butter milk 1 cup 35 dinner2 rotis + vegetable soup 1 bowl + salad 1 bowl 370 total 1220/1190 cal.

I am 19 male I am very thin and short but I want to strong and tall now what should I do?

I am 19 male I am very thin and short but I want to strong and tall now what should I do?
Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 5yrs. More to grow further! Start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - Bakson's Hite-Aid and Five Phos. - both thrice daily and Thuja 1M/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: Take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after 4 months for further guidance. All the Best! For gaining weight: Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

MD- Ayurvedic Pathology

I have a lot of hairfall. I tried every shampoo. But there is no result. What should I do?
Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. J reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

I am 19 years old male my body is becoming lean and my veins are visible in my hands. What should i do?
Eat more than three meals a day. If you naturally have a really fast metabolism, eating three meals a day, no matter what's in them, isn't going to help you bulk up.your body burns calories fast, so you need to feed it more than it can use up right away. That means eating not just when you're hungry, but throughout the day. Aim to eat five meals a day to gain weight. Stick to whole foods loaded with nutrients. To gain healthy weight, eat food thats nutrient rich and nourishing.while you could easily gain weight by drinking sugary sodas and eating large pizzas every day, this can wreck your metabolism and cause you to gain fat instead of muscle. When you're choosing food to eat, try the following look for foods that are relatively unprocessed. For example, choose old-fashioned oatmeal instead of instant, and go for fresh chicken as opposed to processed lunch meat cook as many meals from scratch as you can. Avoid getting frozen dinners, fast food and snack foods, which contain a lot of salt, sugar and other fillers that aren't nutritious. Focus on protein, fats and carbohydrates. These are the three staples that will help you gain weight, and you need plenty of each of them to stay healthy. Focus on incorporating protein, fats and carbohydrates into every meal you eat so your diet stays balanced. Here are some examples of good choices in each category proteins: eggs, salmon, tuna, and other fish;, and ham; chicken breasts and thighs; lean and steaks? fats: olive oil, safflower oil, coconut oil, and grapeseed oil; avocados, walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds carbohydrates: fruits and vegetables; beans, lentils, peas; brown rice, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta and other whole grain products; honey and fruit juice for ayurvedic medicine contact purna clinic gulbarga in 1 month wt increase e4-5 kg no any side effect you take 1 month trail pack and course is 3month.

Good Evening, my name is Dr Tarun Jham, I am consultant physician. I have an experience of 15 years I completed my medicine in 2002. Today we will discuss about the unhealthy lifestyle and health issues, as we know health is directly related to our lifestyle. If we are driving our bad lifestyle we are predisposed to the health problems, so we will discuss the few of the common problems which are related to the health and healthy or unhealthy lifestyle. So one of them is not taking the regular exercise schedule, as in the morning or in the evening, then we are prone to obesity, then because of this the joint pains and other health problems of diabetes and blood pressure and same for the cardiac problems, they are also predisposed if we are not taking regular exercise. And another issue of unhealthy lifestyle is our eating habits and that's very important issue, either not taking proper food in timing if you are not taking proper ingredients which are related to our health and if you are not taking proper amount of food, we are to dispose to the unhealthy lifestyle and same for the illness also. Overeating is again not good for health that increases the high-calorie values and overheating and not eating to over thurst or not keeps eating to our appetite then we are prone to the side effects of the ingredients which are not essential for our food also. Again eating from the wrong material or unhealthy sides also makes for our gastric infection as well as our liver infection and we will discuss few of the topics like if you're not taking the regular medical checkup like one of them is not going through the health checkup of basic blood test and vaccination and we are prone for our health issues. Many problems can be detected before the time and we can take a preventive action accordingly and next we will discuss about one of the important issues of our habits of, some people habits of smoking and alcohol. Alcohol is known to cause the oral ulceration, the gastric issues, the vomiting, loss of appetite, liver problems, cirrhosis so it's not just it to have any kind of or any limit of the alcohol to take for any person or any society person. Next we will discuss about the smoking, smoking is again have the injurious to the health in the formant irritate the mouth because it causes the sweating as well as the chest discomfort, breathing trouble and making the concentration of the focus disturb, so they are the very common side effects and serious side effects of the heart attack and stroke attack and the gastric bleeding, they are also associated with some smoking associations. Again we will discuss about the general issues of not feeling good for our health in general or thinking that we are old. So feel you are young and you're more energetic, be positive that is the attitude of life, that's the healthy lifestyle. If you're not going through that, we know and the study also showed that if we think positive there are health issues they remain under control and we can take preventive actions against the menu of our health problems also. Some of the unhealthy lifestyles like sporting exercises are dangerous like horse riding, parachuting, sports car, cars and these are the high-risk zones are there, so we have to make our interest according to our risk factors also. Then overuse of a lot of tablets and pain Killers we are taking without prescription, suppose the use of the continuous painkiller cause the gastric, acidity and kidney problem, so this is also not good for the health. And again repeated lack of exercise sleeping late and engaging in a lot of entertainment that again makes the health issues on a usual basis. So it advisable to have the healthy lifestyle which includes taking lot of fruits, vegetables and balanced diet regular food habit and taking food according to appetite and next is the regular exercise although in the short term but on the regular basis, if you are not taking proper time you can do the exercise on the twice or three times a week also and taking the regular health checkups regular whatever the vaccinations are needed and having the good adequate sleep and just focus on our positive mind because health is to include both the physical as well as the mental health. Thank you for the information and thanks for the Lybrate service for promoting.
