I'm 35 years and employee. From last 3 years i'm feeling anxiety disorders. For small things I get worried and feel some bad will be happen. Most of the time, I feel anxiety on travel or hearing huge sounds or slope roads .Also, suddenly my mood changes and will start burping while travelling and on negative thoughts. After some time I will be normal. Please guide me how to stop negative thoughts and anxiety on travelling.

Its in your hand to be happy what it requires is slightly change in your approach firstly stop thinking that something is wrong with me I am not well make yourself as much busy as you can so that you don't get time to think on all this. And its everyone's right is to be happy we cannot change the thinking of people or situation around us but we can get the things or reasons which make us happy. We get only one life after that we don't know what will happen in future, what we can do is to live every second of life, what do you want to be, what do you want to eat, to do, your career, your friends, your likings etc. Develop some hobby, make some good friends, make yourself busy, as much you will think you will get frustrate and will gain nothing, live only for yourself, and this can be possible when you will involve yourself in some other things first start from joining any hobby class and make any good friend with whom you can share everything .you can take help of any counsellor ,you can also contact me regarding this. Take.

I am 25 year old and having gum bleeding since last 05 years . It bleeds when brush also. Please suggest me treatment. There is black spots also appears since one year

Hello Thanks for the Query Bleeding Gums are usually because of accumulation of plaque and tartar on tooth surfaces. If It's only Gingivitis than you need to undergo Scaling and root planning(Professional teeth cleaning) If it's phyorrea you need to undergo scaling as well as flap procedure depending upon the condition. For thet same Visit a Periodontist(GumSpecalist) He can help you better in this case. lybrate-user, Please get your thyroid assay and blood glucose tested. If TSH level is below 2mU/L, then conception can occur and probably miscarriage may not occur. If you have PCOD please consult your gynecologist and then decide. But it is also very important to see if you have diabetes or hypothyroidism before a pregnancy is planned .Thanks.

We can make a green salad at home in 5 minutes, armed with a bag of pre-washed salad greens, a few carrots or other veggies, and a bottle of light salad dressing.

Not only that, but salads are cool, crunchy, and fun to eat (lots of textures, colors, and flavors).They are full of fiber, Minerals, Vitamins, and Antioxidants.

If there is pain in the stomach for a long time then you need to get yourself checked by a physician who can diagnose what's really wrong with your stomach. As for general health - eating a balance diet and exercising everyday will keep fit. Avoid refined food, bread and bakery products. Have more of vegetables and fruits.

Diabetes - How To Manage It With Diet & Lifestyle?

Diabetes is a lifestyle disease, with the incidence mainly increased by changing lifestyles including food habits and sedentary way of life. How does it happen? The sugar that is consumed is metabolized by a hormone known as insulin. Diabetes can occur due to two reasons:

  • Reduced amount of insulin production
  • Increased amount of sugar levels beyond what the produced insulin can metabolize.

Risk factors: Diabetes can be genetic, but in most cases, it is acquired and the following are risk factors for the same.

  • Ethnicity (Hispanics, Latino Americans, Afro-Americans, etc.)
  • Dietary habits including excessive consumption of sugar(s), refined foods, processed foods
  • Impaired glucose tolerance
  • Developing resistance to insulin (thereby increased sugar levels)
  • Decreased amount of dietary fiber

Symptoms:

Management through Lifestyle changes:
Diabetes 1 which requires insulin is not preventable but type 2 diabetes is easily manageable through lifestyle changes. This can prolong the onset of getting diabetes and reduce the severity of the disease. It also helps reduce complications. This would require a combination of diet, lifestyle changes, and healthcare.
Diet:

  • Sugars are the main culprit, and refined sugar consumption should be reduced.
  • Oils, white rice, refined flour, processed foods, packaged foods, canned foods, etc. also to be reduced.
  • Increase the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables. This helps reduce calories and also increase fiber consumption.
  • When it comes to fats, increase consumption of unsaturated fatty acids and reduce saturated fatty acids.
  • Sufficient hydration ensures the toxins are washed off and the tissues are well hydrated.
  • Pack the diet with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Diabetes is considered a chronic inflammatory process, and including antioxidants in your diet ensures that the buildup of toxins is reduced and inflammation is controlled.
  • Avoid eating large portions at any meal. Small, frequent meals ensure the body receives an even spread of calories.
  • The size of the meal should reduce as the day goes along.

Lifestyle:

  • A routine exercise regimen helps in weight management, improved insulin function, and reducing fat accumulation. Pick what works for you - jogging, cycling, running, swimming, brisk walking, etc.
  • Quitting smoking has multiple benefits, and improved diabetes control is just one.
  • Weight management: Weight needs to be constantly monitored for deviations and immediate course corrections to be done
  • Stress management: Stress is a risk factor for diabetes and controlling stress helps improve diabetes control
  • Vigilance and Monitoring: Sugar levels need to be constantly monitored. Higher sugar levels or missed doses should be immediately corrected. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

For a healthy weight increament Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Hello sir, Please tell me what is the perfect thing to remove pimples and marks from face?
For people with severe acne oral retinoids helps control sebum production and pimples. You may need actibiotics to control active acne like oral doxycycline and local clindamycin creams. Once the acne is under control then you can start treatment for pimple marks which may be pigmentation or scars. There are various treatments for acne scars which include creams, chemical peels, microdermaabrasion, microneedling, radiofrequency, surgery, fat fill laser etc. Creams work only for superficial pigmentation not for scars. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen (SPF 35 and above) three times a day. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. Laser toning using Q switch Nd Yag laser is an option but results variable. You may need 6-8 sessions at 3 weeks gap. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. It need examination and personalized plan. You can consult in private with photographs.
