Technology may be a boon for your love life as due to technology a number of means of communication have evolved, which keep you connected with your loved one in the form of devices, software and applications. However, in spite of its benefits, they are plenty of things that come with technology, which can completeely ruin your love life. Here are some signs that technology may be creating trouble in your paradise:

  1. You may waste your time checking photos of ex-girlfriends and love interests. You may check out a picture of an ex on her Facebook profile and wonder about a new guy present in the picture. The same may happen with a present lover. These activities create unnecessary complications in your mind which may harm your relationship with your partner.
  2. You end up spending more time with your smartphone than with your partner. This may affect your relationship, as you are too engrossed with checking social media websites and posting updates instead of paying attention to your partner, who is right by your side.
  3. Sexting is a common trend in today's world where the exchanging of nude photos between a couple takes place via messengers and chatting platforms. This can be worrisome as you may always be concerned about your pictures getting leaked or exposed.
  4. You may become technologically clingy. Your partner may have texted you, and you have not been able to reply in spite of reading the text. Modern technology enables a person to see when you have read their message and when there is no response, the speculations creep in. These situation lead to host of other problems.
  5. It is easy to lie about something online or via texting than saying it face to face. Technology allows you to lie and make untrue statements, which are not true in real life. This creates dishonesty within a relationship.
  6. With technology, you have too many options at hand and this makes situations difficult. In case you want to go for a dinner with your partner, you might spend hours searching for a good restaurant by going through the ratings online.
  7. You may spend a lot of time deciphering text messages. Modern day texting is full of abbreviations, short forms and emoticons. Some of these may make you over think stuff, and you may try to decipher meanings from normal texts, which actually have no twisted meaning.
  8. With so many forms of social media, you may be confused about what to use at which stage or phase. You may think whether you should text first, should you add an interest on Facebook and should you comment on a picture. All this creates confusion and honestly there is no real conversation between you and your partner.

There is no doubt that modern technology has taken the level of communication to a new level. Technology plays significant role in keeping in touch with your friends and loved ones sitting thousands of miles away by bringing them close. But it is high time that you realize that technology is something that has driving you away from your loved one. Make an attempt to have some personal conversations without your phones, laptops and tablets. Watch a movie, go on long drives or late night walks and reignite the love and passion in your relationships. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a psychologist.

Maintain healthy body weight by doing regular exercise like yoga, push ups, plank, running etc. Eat small amount of foods. Do not skip meals. Take 5-6 times foods with small amount. Avoid fast foods. No sugar, cola, soft drinks etc. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. No underground vegetables etc. Take unrefined foods. Extra fish, lean meat etc will help you. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

Do exercise How to Reduce Breast Size with Home Remedies Green Tea to Reduce Breast Size Green tea is one of the effective ingredients that will help you to reduce the body weight, thus will help to reduce the increased size of your breasts. It contains catechins, which stimulate the body to burn the deposited calories. I must mention here one of the most important usages of green tea. Its regular consumption reduces the risk of breast cancer apart from decreasing the size of the breasts. Things we need : Hot water – 1 cup Green tea leaves: 1 tsp Honey (for taste) – 1 tsp Process: Take 1 cup of hot water and add 1 tsp of green tea powder to it. Cover it and let it steep for few minutes. Strain it and drink it warm. Drink this amazing tea at least twice or thrice a day to reduce the breast size. Flaxseed to Reduce Breast Size Omega-3 fatty acid is the property, which helps to reduce the estrogen level in the body. And flaxseed is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, thus its consumption ultimately help to reduce the size of the breasts. Things we need: Hot water- 1 glass Ground flaxseed – 1 tbsp Process: Take 1 glass of hot water and add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed to it. Stir it properly and drink it hot. Drink it one time a day will help you to reduce the breast size. In the place of ground flaxseed, you can also intake 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil daily to reduce the breast size. Ginger Tea to Reduce Breast Size The consumption of ginger helps to burn the accumulated body fat by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. If you burn fat then ultimately you will be able to reduce the size of your breasts as breasts include fatty adipose tissues in them. Things we need: Ginger root – 1 tbsp Water – 1 ½ cup Honey (for taste) – 1 tbsp Saucepan Strainer Process: Take 1 ½ water in a saucepan and boil it in low flame for few minutes. Add 1 tbsp of ginger root to it and boil for 5 minutes in low flame. Strain the tea and add the sugar and stir well. Drink this tea hot once in a day to feel the difference in your breast size. Neem and Turmeric to Reduce Breast Size This remedy is useful particularly for the nursing mothers, who often face inflammation of the breasts during breastfeeding. The use of neem and turmeric help to reduce the size of the breasts as both the ingredients contain anti-inflammatory properties. Things We Need: Water – 2 cups Neem leaves -2 handful Turmeric powder – 2 tsp Honey (for taste)- 2 tsp Saucepan Strainer Process: Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan Add the neem leaves to it and boil it in low flame for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add the turmeric powder to it. Also, add the honey and stir well. Drink this tea hot. Take this tea daily till you get desired results in reducing the breast size. Other Home Remedies to Reduce Breast Size Apart from the home remedies that are mentioned above, there are some other natural remedies that you can use to reduce the size of the breasts. Read on to know more about them. Egg White and Onion to Reduce Breast Size: Whisk the white part of 1 egg and apply it on the breasts. Leave it for 20 to 25 minutes. Then take the juice of 1 onion and mix 1 glass of water in it. Now, wash the egg white with the onion juice mixed water. This remedy will help to reduce the size of the breasts. Guarana to Reduce Breast Size: Vastly used in breast reduction pills, this herb can be used raw to reduce the size of the breasts. Guarana contains tannin and caffeine, which helps to increase the metabolic rate of the body, thus helps to reduce the size of the breasts by targeting the adipose fatty tissues in the breasts. Fenugreek to Reduce Breast Size: The use of fenugreek seeds can make your breasts look smaller by toning up the breast tissues and making it firm. Take 3 tbsp of fenugreek seeds and soak it overnight. Next day morning grind it to make a smooth paste. Now, apply this paste on the breasts and after 10 minutes, rinse it off with normal water. Follow this process twice a week to make your boobs appear smaller. Rubia Cordifolia to Reduce the Breast Size: This herb helps to reduce the breast size by decreasing the estrogen level in the body. Massage Therapy to Reduce Breast Size Massage therapy to reduce the boob size has been used since centuries. Going for massage therapy is one of the most effective and safest methods to reduce the breast size. This method does not cause any side effects and at the same time you to get your desired breast size barring the need to go under the knife. Also, it will help to tone the adipose tissues of the breasts and make them firm. How to Perform the Massage: Step 1: Take a bath and after that pat your body properly. Take some oil in your hand like olive oil or coconut oil and rub both the palms to make them warm. Step 2: Now take some more oil in your right hand and apply it on the buds of the left breast. Ensure not to touch the nipple. Now massage the bud of your left breast with your right hand in circular motions starting from inside to the outside. Perform this massage at least for 10-15 minutes. Step 4: Now, take some more oil in your left hand and apply it to the area next to the nipple of your right breast. Massage it in circular motions starting from inside to the outside. Perform this massage at least for 10-15 minutes. Follow the same procedure for the left breast also. Follow this massage therapy at least twice a day, morning as well as evening to reduce the breast size naturally and effectively. Note: Do not wear the bra immediately soon after the massage. Wait for some time till the skin absorbs the oil fully. Diet to Reduce Breast Size As weight gain and fat deposition in various parts of the body are few of the main reasons of heavier breasts, you need to take special care regarding your diet to reduce your breast size. Citrus Fruit Juices: The intake of citrus fruit juices help to reduce the size of the boobs effectively. Citrus fruits contain a good amount of Vitamin C in them, which help to burn the deposited fat in the body by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. You can drink 2 glasses of any citrus fruit juice, such as sweet lime, orange, cranberry, grape fruit, etc. To reduce the breast size Consume Fish: Eating fish will definitely help you to reduce breast size as it is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which is very helpful in burning fat. You can eat fish by baking, grilling and frying it. Consume fishes like tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring or trout. It makes the body burn more calories, thus helps to reduce the fat that is accumulated in various parts of the body. This process in turn ultimately burns the fat in the breast area and helps to reduce the size of the breasts. Exercises to Reduce Breast Size Apart from using home remedies and massage therapy, you can perform certain exercises, which are extremely helpful to reduce the size of the breasts. Have a look at some of the exercises to reduce breast size. Light Weight Lifting to Reduce Breast Size This exercises works by working on the chest muscles. How to Do: Sit straight on a chair. Hold the dumbbells in each hand. Lift them up and then bring them back to the initial position. Perform this exercise as many times as you can to reduce the size of the breasts. Push ups to Reduce Breast Size This exercise works to reduce the breast size by working on the shoulder and chest muscles. How to Do: Lie on your stomach on the floor. Stretch your legs straight by keeping your feet close to each other. Keep your palms firm on the ground and fingers slightly apart. Push you chest upwards and remain in that position for 2 seconds. Return to the initial position. Repeat this process at least 10 to 15 times a day to get your desired breast size. Decline Presses to Reduce Breast Size This exercise helps to reduce the breast size by tightening the chest area. How to do: Lie on your back on a decline bench. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands. Stretch your hands upwards, and then come back to the initial position slowly. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to notice a change in the size of your breasts. Incline Press to Reduce Breast Size This exercise works by toning up the muscles in the chest area. How to do: Lie straight on a bench with your back. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands above your head. Slowly bring the dumbbells down towards your chest. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to reduce the breast size. Other Exercises to Reduce Breast Size Swimming: It is a very good exercise to reduce the breast size as it works well on the chest as well as on the shoulder muscles. It is a good exercise for the whole body, which helps to burn the accumulated fat in the body, thus ultimately helps to reduce the breast size. Apart from that swimming also firms up the breasts. Climbing the Stairs: Climb the stairs every day for 15 to 20 minutes to burn out the excess fat from the various parts of the body including the breast area. Jogging: Jogging is another exercise, which helps to reduce the accumulated body fat by working on the entire body. So jog for 20 to 30 minutes every day in the morning as well as in the evening to reduce the excess adipose fat from the breast area. Tips Do not eat fatty or oily food as you know that fat accumulation is one of the main reasons of heavier breasts. Do not eat junk and processed food as these foods contain unsaturated fat, which may further increase your breast size. Stay away from sweets as the consumption of these makes the person fat, thus the increased breast size. Follow an exercise regime daily to burn the calories and keep yourself fit. Involve in some physical activities so that there will be no fat accumulation in your body. Eat smaller portions of meals. In spite of taking 3 large meals, divide the meals to 6 smaller portions, which will help you keep full throughout the day. This method will curb your hunger pangs and consumption of more food to make you fat. Wear a full coverage bra with right size.

My mother had an elevated Lipoprotein (a) level of 72 5 months back. She also had LDL on the higher side. She was given statins for 5 months. Statin drug is loaded with side effects like dementia and memory loss besides causing liver failure slowly, some doctors are not giving it, others have reduced it to twice a week, still rest of them continue with 1 tablet /day. Ldl & lipoproteins can be reduced by diet (low in bad fats) lemon + honey water, apple cider vinegar and lots of exercise, yoga and meditation. Remember stress releases hormones called steroids within the body and steroids if taken from outside or generated from within does increase bad fats & sugar levels as a defense mechanism.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3months. Revert.

Whenever u drink milk, you have to go to toilet. it might mean that you are not drinking milk properly. Try boiling ginger in milk. take only boiled milk. If problem continues, then consult me privately

Hello, the black corners of the mouth or black discolouration around mouth can be due to lip licking, vit. B2 deficiency, smoking, overexposure to sun or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. So, take some vit b12 supplements (like becosule) and avoid lip licking. You should apply a good lip balm and sunscreens with spf 30 atleast half an hour before going out in sun. Also, apply homoeopathic cream - medicynth's witch hazel over the affected area.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Skinlite cream is a strong and effective pigmentation reducer cream. Since it contains hydroquinone, steroid and tretinoin, it is important that you don't use it without a dermatologist's prescription. The cream works by restricting melanin production, limiting melanin transfer, and speeding skin cell turnover. The cream works quite well when used for a short time, but you may end up getting thin dry skin with acne, irritation, and visible thread veins if you keep using it for extended time. It sometimes also leads to rebound pigmentation. Therefore, you should avoid using it without an indication.

You are underweight. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products.) & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Sir, Any treatments for scars after plastic and reconstrucive surgery. Skin graft and free ld flap was done on right leg with ankle. Please suggest me treatment or some remedies for managing scars.

Scars can be lightened by using contractubex cream. Or, you can apply coconut oil regularly. It depends on the type of scar and its depth whether it will be removed or lightened or not. Sometimes, scars cannot be removed even with treatments like laser scar removal. If you really want yo get rid of them, try applying the mentioned cream regularly for atleast 8 weeks.
