चेहरे की झाइयाँ दूर करने के घरेलू उपचार


झाइयाँ अक्सर बढ़ती उम्र के साथ बढ़ती जाती हैं, जो देखने में अच्छी नहीं लगती हैं। तेज धूप के कारण और शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य ठीक न होने के कारण भी चेहरे पर झाइयाँ पड़ जाती हैं। झाइयों की समस्या से घरेलू उपचार द्वारा आसानी से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।झाइयों को समाप्त करने के कुछ घरेलू उपाय इस प्रकार हैं-
* झाइयाँ अकसर पेट की खराबी से होती हैं या फिर अधिक तनावग्रस्त रहने से. - खुश रहें, चिंता न पालें, पानी खूब पिएँ, दिन में कम से कम एक बार नीबू निचोड़कर पानी पिएँ।
* सफेद जीरा, काला जीरा, सरसों और काला तिल बराबर मात्रा में लेकर गाय के दूध में पीसकर लेप करने या उबटन करने से झाइयाँ और चेहरे के दाग दूर हो जाते हैं।
* आलू को घिसकर चेहरे पर लगाएँ।
* कटे टमाटर को चेहरे पर रगड़ना फायदेमंद होता है।
* खीरे के रस में जैतुन के तेल की बूँद मिलाकर लगाएँ।
* केले के गुदे को चेहरे पर लगाने से झाइयाँ मिटती हैं।
* गाजर के रस में पिसी बादाम व कच्चे दूध को मिलाकर लगाएँ।
* रोजाना बादाम का तेल चेहरे पर लगाएँ।
* आधी कटोरी उड़द की दाल के पावडर में दो चम्मच गुलाबजल, एक चम्मच ग्लिसरीन व दो चम्मच बादाम रोगन मिलाकर इस लेप को चेहरे पर कुछ देर लगाकर रखें फिर हल्के गुनगुने पानी से चेहरा धो लें।
* चेहरे की झाइयाँ दूर करने के लिए आप आधा नीबू व आधा चम्मच हल्दी और दो चम्मच बेसन लें। अब इन चीजों को आपस में अच्छी तरह मिलाकर पेस्ट-सा बना लें। अब इस मिश्रण का मास्क चेहरे पर तीन या चार बार लगाए। झाइयाँ समाप्त हो जाएँगी और आपका चेहरा भी निखर जाएगा।
* चेहरे पर ताजे नीबू को मलने से भी झाइयों में लाभ होता है।
* चेहरे पर झाइयाँ तेज धूप पड़ने के कारण भी हो जाती हैं। अतः तेज धूप से जहाँ तक हो सके चेहरे को प्रभावित न होने दें।
* सेब खाने और सेब का गूदा चेहरे पर मलने से भी झाइयाँ दूर होती हैं।
* रात को नींद न आने से भी चेहरे पर झाइयाँ पड़ जाती हैं, जिन्हें दूर करने के लिए रात को सोने से पहले चेहरे को अच्छी तरह धोएँ। तदुपरांत एक चम्मच मलाई में तीन या चार बादाम पीसकर दोनों का मिश्रण बना लें, फिर इस मिश्रण को चेहरे पर लगाकर हल्के हाथों से मसाज करें और सो जाएँ। प्रातः उठकर बेसन से चेहरे को धो लें। इस प्रयोग से आपको आश्चर्यजनक लाभ होगा।
* झाइयों को समाप्त करने के लिए आप भोजन में सलाद का नियमित प्रयोग करें।
* दिन में एक गिलास गाजर का रस बिना नमक-मिर्च मिलाए पिएँ, इससे झाइयाँ समाप्त हो जाएँगी।
* ताजा टमाटर काटकर चेहरे पर हल्के हाथों से मसाज करने से थोड़े दिनों के उपरांत चेहरे की झाइयाँ कम हो जाएँगी और रंगत भी निखर जाएगी।

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

You skin will glow naturally when you will exercise and eat healthy to lose weight. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight.

Discharge from nipple may not be connected anything with planning a family/ pregnancy etc. Sometimes it happens in males too. Reason could be suspicious if you are not nursing. But no need to panic. But notice if discharge is from one nipple only or come without touching it. It's better to meet your healthcare professional. For'gath' - it could fibroid, cyst, tumour. If so proper measures needed. In modern medicine they would go for surgical measures, d&c etc as per gynaec's decision. In ayurveda, aartav shuddhi is directed which is a non invasive, non surgical, non surgical measure by use of decoctions. Time taken could be right weeks minimum. Still better to assess consistency, size, type if knot by modern investigation.

Improving complexion 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Your complexion will improve Please let me know details along with any related problems.

Whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night whitening soap (biovalley) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry.

These are called Lipomas. Lipomas are treatable in Homoeopathy but it takes a long time. you should take kali ars. 30ch, 3 drops in the morning empty stomach daily. Cal phos 6x,4-4 tabs thrice a day. cal fluor 12x, 4-4 tabs thrice a day. Take thuja 200, 5 drops , single dose. 15 days after starting this treatment. Revert after 1 month.

Hi, It’s not recommended to use any barrier products to protect your skin before entering the pool. It doesn’t do much and it also can effect the pools chemistry; but still can apply a waterproof sunscreen designed to protect against chlorine sensitivities. Shower frequently between swims to reduce the amount of overall chlorine your skin will absorb. Since Chlorine strips your skin of its natural oils (while also protecting you against harmful bacteria in your pool water) you will want to take care of your skin to prevent dryness and any rashes for those with very sensitive skin. Right after your swim, go straight to the shower and rinse the chemicals off your skin with soap and water. If your skin is super sensitive, you can opt for swimmer specific body washes that will neutralize the chlorine. If you’re going to use moisturizer, look for products high in antioxidants like vitamin E and vitamin C. These will help neutralize the chlorine as well.

Hello. Follow the steps described below. 1. Keep your bowels clear. If you are having constipated bowel, try out some laxatives like trifala 2. Wash your face regularly and frequently 3. Apply oils like chanadan-bala-lakshadi tailam on your spots, if your skin is dry 4. Apply paste made up from turmeric, milk cream, and multaani mitti if your skin is oily 5. Take mahamanjishtaadi kasayam, an ayurvedic preparation for better results feel free for further guidance take care.

Follow the tips 1. Cleanse your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. Take homoeopathic medicine Nat Mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for a week and revert.
