Hello Doctor! My husbands age is 34, weight 78KG and Height is 5.4 He wants to reduce his weight. He has been walking daily from past 3 months for half an hour and drinks warm water with lemon early morning. His weight does not come down soon. We eat Daliya instead of rice. You know not many people want to lose weight and they lose it at some point in time but they all gain it back, why because they have short-term goal most of the people want to lose weight because of some occasion is coming, there is a marriage party coming there is a birthday party coming there is marriage anniversary or there may be some other occasions but they gain it all back after that occasion because they had a short-term goal .
You know your body is the vehicle of your dreams if you want to achieve your dreams you need this body. You know what a tragic combination if you have an excited mind but a weak body. The people those who live hundred years of life they are thin and slim people. They achieve their goals. So if you want to achieve good health it cannot be a short-term technique or a trick. It needs to do with a lifelong principle. So my advice if you want to live a healthy life you have to combine your larger goal of your life with your health goal. So health goal is important because you will achieve your goals riding on this vehicle. So follow the principle of the diet and nutrition to live a disease free life. Remember it once again your body is the vehicle of your dreams. Good health good dreams.
