Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Take low calorie n low sodium n high protein food. Walk regularly. Don't take rice at night. 4-5 meals in a day in a frequent intervals. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the mrng n go for walk.

To lose weight is not any miracle. Firstly it needs patience n strong will power. It's not that hard even you can lose but go slowly n steadily. Stomach fat that is visceral fat is most hardest to lose. First of all keep metabolism rate high, regularly check weight 2 times in a day n take 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and do some diet and you will see results in some weeks.

Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

Don't keep short term goals when it comes to health. Since it took so much time for body to gain weight then it needs time to gradually lose in a healthy way. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in reducing weight, need to attend the gym if possible, simple morning and evening walk may be effective, to lose fat belly requires specific exercises and yoga. Kindly get your thyroid levels checked. Start exercising daily for at least 30 minutes. Include some form of outdoor games like badminton/ tennis/ cricket/ football etc in your daily regimen. Avoid junk, processed and canned foods. Eat small meals at regular intervals.

Sleep: 6-7 hours is good enough. Yes quitting rice is good. Andbetter to start any physical activity such as gymming or swimming. 1 hour of gym is more than enough.

If your pregnancy is less than 8wk (counting from 1st day of last period), you can undergo medical abortion. Medicines are available but you have to take them under guidance of a gynaecologist. This is effective in 95% cases.
