White odorous particles are a normal phenomena. This is called smegma. It will get deposited if the penile head is not cleaned for a few days. So please clean with soap water daily. This will prevent cancerous grown of penis in future. The urgency. Dribbling of urine is typically due to prostatic growth. Commonly benign prostatic hypertrophy. (bph). You need to do certain tests as below 1. Blood for cbc. Esr. Fbs. Psa urine. Routine exam. Ultrasonography of prostate once the diagnosis is confirmed treatment plan can be made. You can go for following remedy it will help you 1. Take 60 gm kidney beans 2. Add 4 L of water 3. Heat for 4-5 hr 4. Strain the liquid through a fine muslin cloth 5. Allow the liquid to cool 6. Drink 1 glass of this liquid once every 2 hr in a day 7. Do this for a week 8. My kidney stone 10 mm. So I ask you to any easy method to permanently stop making stone in kidney.
Hello and welcome to lybrate. As the stone size is 1 cm, it's big enough to get it out of your kidney. It can be easily treated with a procedure called eswl. As an urologist, I must tell you, there's no permanent cure of stone, but observe preventive steps. Drink atleast 12-15 glasses fluids daily. Avoid milk and dairy products in excess. Red meats also, should be taken once or twice a week only.

Hi. Kindly mention about exact size and location of the kidney stone for proper treatment. Prevention: Prevention of kidney stones may include a combination of lifestyle changes and medications. Lifestyle changes You may reduce your risk of kidney stones if you: Drink water throughout the day. For people with a history of kidney stones, drink 12-14 glasses of water everyday. If you live in a hot, dry climate or you exercise frequently, you may need to drink even more water to produce enough urine. If your urine is light and clear, you're likely drinking enough water. Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods. If you tend to form calcium oxalate stones, your doctor may recommend restricting foods rich in oxalates. These include rhubarb, beets, okra, spinach, Swiss chard, sweet potatoes, nuts, tea, chocolate and soy products. Choose a diet low in salt and animal protein. Reduce the amount of salt you eat and choose non animal protein sources, such as legumes. Consider using a salt substitute. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but use caution with calcium supplements. Calcium in food doesn't have an effect on your risk of kidney stones. Continue eating calcium-rich foods unless your doctor advises otherwise. Ask your doctor before taking calcium supplements, as these have been linked to increased risk of kidney stones. You may reduce the risk by taking supplements with meals. Diets low in calcium can increase kidney stone formation in some people.

I have problem in kidneys I am taking water regularly but the stones are not getting reduced I have heavy back pain. ...
what are the size of the stones? stones treatment depends on the types and size of stone, most kidney stones won't require invasive procedures. You may be able to pass a small stone by: drinking water. Drinking as much as 2 to 3 quarts (1.9 to 2.8 liters) a day may help flush out your urinary system. Unless doctor tells you otherwise, drink enough fluid mostly water to produce clear or nearly clear urine. Passing a small stone can cause some discomfort. To relieve mild pain, according to your medical history I may prescribe pain relievers. I am a doctor and renal (kidney) registered dietitian who will also prescribe a customized diet plan and medications to help pass your kidney stone quickly and with less pain. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.
