First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Gokshuradi guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

I have sever constipation in morning (the first go to the loo) for a couple of days. I am drinking 2+ litres of water and I am doing light exercise too. I have reduced fats and increase greens and grains. I take one apple and one banana everyday .The banana I take in empty stomach. Can a banana empty stomach cause constipation? What should I do to get rid of the problem.

If it is consistently there. U require proper treatment constipation is not just bcz of diet issue only it is related your stress to as you r already doing proper things I can add. Do breathing exercise and pranayam first at least for 20 min remove the thought you r constipated .bcz more you think. It will become more severe banana is always helpful to rid of constipation. You can take warm water with lemon in the morning homeopathy will help you.

But BP was have 150/80 and swelling started in left legs. Then Dr. Changed to" L N Bloc 10 mg. Two times daily since last month but still BP is 150/80. At the age of 25 years, 4 inches penile size is very normal. As you will grow it will increase and normal according to your body constitution is decided by the nature. You if to any degree of desperation try to be a giant of say e. G. Height of 8 ft, can not be normal. You need good counseling session with a physician. Please don't try to have abnormally long sized penis. Only first 2 inches of vagina is sensitive. Concentrate on practical life issues, avoid getting carried away by abnormal. Regards.

First thing you should do is to get rid off anxiety and stress as those are main offenders in many.You can try any of the following methods.You can do squeeze and stop technique.You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated.You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation.You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent premature ejaculation.If all these not helping then you can approach a Psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and medications like SSRIs -Dapoxetine or chlomipramine.Hope this may help you. Insulin is always better to take as it preserves beta cells, but as of he is tired he can be shifted to oral medication as his insulin dose is not much, what's his age ,wt, height, and other diseases he is suffering from ,and what is diet modified by him.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Can't Sleep - 5 Tips to Help You Sleep Like a Log

Lack of sleep can make you feel tired, worn-out and less productive the next day. However, it might not be your fault entirely because the brain tends to become active when the body is at rest, which could be a reason why you aren’t getting enough sleep at night.

Here are a few tips which might be useful for you to sleep at night:

  1. Keep your room dark: Even the faintest light from your mobile is enough to disrupt your sleep. Thus, try and switch off all your lights and gadgets before going to sleep. If doing that doesn’t help either, use an eye mask to keep the light out.

  2. Carefully select your dinner: Don’t go to bed hungry or overstuffed because either of them might cause discomfort while sleeping and lead to a disruption in your sleep. Also, limit your alcohol consumption at night to refrain from making numerous trips to the washroom. Avoid consuming nicotine and caffeine before going to bed as they take a long time to wear off and can cause havoc in your sleep routine.

  3. Don’t exercise before going to bed: Exercising daily is a necessity as it keeps your body healthy and in shape, but exercising right before going to bed can be disruptive as it might make you more pumped up due to the adrenaline rush. Thus, you should avoid exercising heavily right before going to bed.

  4. Plug out all your devices: Create a technology free zone by plugging out all your devices one hour prior to your usual sleep time. The blue light radiated from your devices can trick your brain into believing that it is daylight and cause a disruption in circadian rhythm (which is an ongoing 24-hour physiological process which is regulated by external factors such as sunlight and temperature).

  5. Consume snooze food: Certain food items can be classified as snooze foods as they ensure better sleep at night. Warm milk contains ‘tryptophan’ which is a precursor to melatonin (hormone that is responsible for the onset of sleep) and ensures better sleep or you could have a spoon of honey which releases ‘orexin’ (a chemical that affects wakefulness and appetite) that reduces alertness levels. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Lybrate-user, sex problem diabetes is one of the reason, you are already doing daily exercise, try to avoid stress and strain stop any smoking / or alcohol and drugs. Nsaid. Pain control tablets anxiety habit. C control sugar, blood pressure, check prostate, sectoral scanning prolactin and hormonal imbalance. Take nuts and immune booster s. Oral, injection, local medication aerobic exercise is always better. Treatment depends on the reason, cause. Finally when all measure s fail require surgical treatment. Ok tq.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating.
