I'm 18 years old. I'm suffering from sinusitis from last 4 years. What should I do now?

MS - ENT,MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Kolkata
Hi If you are  having a sinus  problems for so long we have to rule out Allergic  Rhinitis and sinusitis. Get a CT PNS done. Or if you have one  done share the CT. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems. Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic sinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed. Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. If polyps ate present and medical management doesn't cure Endoscopic surgery may be needed Hope this helps.

Your X ray is showing fibrotic lesion because the old tuberculosis cavity is healed. If you have taken a full course of ATT you don't have to worry. However consult a chest physician for advice

Bronchial asthma is chronic disease which is seen running in families. So the approach for this condition to relieve it permanently should be of to remove the cause which is a tendency carried by your genetic make up. Homoeopathy has good medicines to balance this genetic make up and cure the disease permanently.
