To avoid asthma you need to avoid strong smells, dust, smoke, cold foodstuffs and sour food items. You also need to take inhalers regularly if prescribed by your doctor. If you are allergic to things which you are unable to pin point then go ahead with skin allergy test.

Hi lybrate-user regular coughing is not a good sign its a matter to get you tensed but first of all get your proper treatment by your family doctor if you not recover then go to hospital and meet a good chest specialist. He will examine you and get done your medical tests and give you good treatment. For more information consult private or visit clinic.
