Hi, Symptoms of dengue are high grade fever, headache, bodyache, retro orbital pain, skin rashes, vomitting, abdominal pain, fatigue and restlessness. Take paracetamol tablets 3-4 times a day to control fever. Do not take any pain killers. Complete bed rest is advised. Keep checking the platelet levels everyday. If it goes below 20,000 then platelet has to be given, for which hospitalisation is essential. Kiiwi fruits and papaya leaf juice are excellent medicines to increase the platelet count. Consume plenty of fluids like tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, ORS, water, milk, etc.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I'm suffering stomach problems I don't what is it. When ever I'm eating feeling vomiting & started sweating with some chillness. . 1. Normal dose is 50 mg one hour before intercourse and the maximum is 100mg. 2. For elderly people (>65years) 25 mg tablet should be taken. 3. It should not be taken more than one tablet in 24 hour 4. It should not be taken without prescription of doctor because it has side effects like a) nasal congestion, headache, stomach upset, b) vision changes, facial flushing, c) dizziness d) patient with heart disease/diabetes/low bp should not take viagra. E) viagra is contra indicated for patients under nitrate (sorbitrate etc, arrhythmia. Angina. Mi, hypotension, diabetes, heart disease.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Identifying and treating any underlying causes can help you get the better sleep you deserve. If above things doesn't help you, then consult us for homeopathic medicines.

Hi, Seems to be an allergy. Are you allergic to some thing (food article/ cosmetic/ medication)? Is there any itching/ burning/ oozing from them? When it gets better or it gets worse? Medication: Till the time you can take homoeopathic medicines - Rhus Tox. 200 and Urtica Urens 200 - both thrice a day for 1 week. There after, revert me back.

Its very complicated mechanism actually and improving immunity can have benefit, if thought simply because at least the infections like viral or bacterial respiratory infections that flare up symptoms of asthma can reduce with a good immunity, but still there are multiple factors that can trigger asthma attack, so this phenomenon is not universal.

Hi, Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. 10. Take tab Arshonyt 1-1-1 for about a month and inform. 11. Do sitz bath twice daily.

dear neha, Jaundice is yellowish discoloration of sclera and represents hundred of causes as possibilities. If you still believe you are jaundiced, get a bilirubin check both conjugated and unconjugated with blood picture and liver functions and then we will have our answers. Right now i believe you don't need any consult if you don't have symptoms. But there is no harm in getting evaluated and let the labs confirm if there is any issue. if you really have jaundice , then i would suggest proper medicines and diet. please revert with reports.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
