Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit tablet and cytofresh tablets-- daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet daily--after lunch and dinner.

Take paracetamol for fever. Tepid sponging for high fever. Syrp honitus might help for cough. Do lukewarm water gargles twice a day. Watch for high grade fever. Hope this helps u. Consult if required with more details.

I twisted my knee twice while playing football. Ten days later I fell off from my scooter and hurt the knee. It got sandwiched between the road and the scooter. X-rays revealed no fractures. It's been about 2 months now. How should I deal with this knee problem? There is still some pain left of the scooter accident.

Eat regularly at small intervals. Include whole grains and pulses in your meals. `snack on dry fruits. Use full fat milk n curd. Avoid eating junk food. Exercise at least 4 days in a week.

When at evenings both foots are burning sensation it is very painful after passing urine pain is slowly relieved what is the region and remedy ?

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Hello, You can use the following home remedies to control hair fall: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair. HONEY and EGG YOLK: Mix honey and egg yolk together and massage on your scalp for 30 minutes. Egg yolk will help stimulate hair growth. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Apply the mixture on your scalp, massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser. OIL MASSAGE: Massaging the scalp with brahmi oil or bhringaraj oil at bedtime can help to prevent hair loss. In addition to the qualities of the oil, the massage itself will improve circulation at the root of the hair, thus bringing more nutrients to support hair growth. Hope this helps.
