Hi lybrate-user, you already answered your query, yes perspiration and sun exposure is causing the redness and skin irritation. Here are few tips to help you personally. 1. Try to take bath as you get off from duty. 2. Eat lot of fruits and salad, this will fulfill your need for vitamins and nourishment of skin. 3. You can even use olive oil at bed time to sooth the skin when you are off. 4. Keep hydrated as you work in field your skin needs more water. 5. Try to wear 100% cotton cloths whenever on field. Still the problem persist feel free to ask more. Thanks.

Pleases stop using brite and tenovate as it contains strong steroids which can cause serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem. at the age 27 you will not gain weight my friend, height is gained mostly upto 21, to gain weight firstly start doing surya namaskar daily in morning and also do prithvi mudra for 20 minutes these 2 are wonder exercises to gain weight naturally. eat lots of paneer, curd, banana, almonds, seasonal fruits and vegetables to gain weight.

1.Keep a food diary. Chart what and when you eat every day for several weeks to learn about your eating habits and identify places to add calories. Online programs like MyFitnessPal and Fitday can make tracking easy-peasy. 2. Add it up. Try adding an extra 200+ calories a day in the beginning 4. Focus on quality, not quantity. Even when you?re trying to gain weight, burgers, chips, and milkshakes all day (?err day) isn?t great for a body. Instead, choose nutrient-dense foods from all food groups, Good options include whole grains like whole wheat pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. 5. Eat more frequently. And never skip meals! It?s easy to feel full fast when you start introducing more calories into each meal; changes in food intake might also bring on gastrointestinal issues and even acne. Make things easier on your belly by spreading calorie intake out over five to six smaller meals throughout the day. 6. Snack smart. Choose calorie-dense snacks like nuts, cheese, dried fruits, yogurt with granola, avocados, and pretzels or whole grain crackers with nut butters or hummus. If leaving the house for a while, pack snacks for calories-on-the-go. 7. Drink it down. Instead of diet soda and other low-cal drinks, choose filling, high-calorie beverages like smoothies, healthy shakes, or liquid meal replacements. Consider this your permission slip for the midnight munchies. It?s important to have a strong support system throughout the process of gaining weight, Cassetty says, both to help gainers achieve their goals and to cope with the emotional issues that might arise from bodily changes. 11. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. Hello, Dengue fever is a virus-caused disease that is spread by the bite of mosquitoes (Aedes-aegypti). This is also known as Break bone fever. The dengue fever has a sudden onset and symptoms may include: * fever for 3 to 7 days * intense headache and pain behind the eyes * muscle and joint pain * loss of appetite * vomiting and diarrhoea * skin rash * bleeding, usually from the nose or gums. ****Prevent yourself from mosquito bite is the best way of prevention**** Prevention of dengue:-Take a homoeopathic medicine Eupatorium perf 200, 5 drops ,twice daily for 3 days. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. There is no short cut. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. You can't target a single body part. You need to work on overall fat loss and toning. Once your diet is in place the skin issues will take care of itself too. I am sure this suggestion will at least help you with initial fat loss. If you cant break the plateau you might need professional intervention.

Hello- here are some tips to protect your cervical spondylitis- about 90 per cent of the population will suffer from back or neck pain when they reach adulthood, says a/prof tan. When it comes to the back, prevention is best. 1. Take short frequent breaks away from the computer. 2. Sit up straight on and off every 10-15 minutes, periodically stand up, 3. Walk around and stretch every hour. 4. Do regular stretching and strengthening exercises. 5. Keep the top of the computer screen at eye-level. This way you will be looking down at the screen at a 15- to 20-degree angle which is less strenuous on the neck. Adopt a good sitting posture sit upright and make sure both the feet are on the floor, and the elbows, knees, hips and ankles are at a 90-degree angle. Place a cushion against the back of the chair to support the lower back. When typing for prolonged periods, sit close to the table and rest the elbows on the table to relieve stress from the shoulders and neck.

Stop using head n shoulder. Apply oil and wash your hair three times a week. Use ayurvedic oil n shampoo sych as of himalaya company or vasu pharma. Anti hair fall oil and shampoo of himalaya. Or you can use triphala to wash your hair. Eat healthy food. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and salads. Avoid eating junk foods. Stop oily, spicy, sour food. Use anti hair fall lotion of himalaya on scalp every night. Mix following powder and take 2spoons twice a day with warm water. For 3 months bhringraj +brahmi+ neem rasaayan+ triphala. All these are natural remedies which doesn't have any side effect.
