Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and you can have sex as per your comfort.

Dear improve your posture avoid forward bending and use hard bed. Start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and back exercises.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

I am 59 years male. Due to vigorous weight lifting exercises (only for one day) my right shoulder is paining since 3 months. Didn't took any medicine. Now and then using Volini spray for pain relief. If I carry anything even below 10kg weight I am suffering from pain in my right shoulder. What can I do now to get rid off this shoulder pain? I have no diabetes and High or low B. P.

Hello sir. I suggest you to try out proper medications like combination of aceclofenac and paracetamol twice daily for atleast 5 days after food avaoid lifting weights. If the pain reduces, we can continue with the same treatment for sometime however if it does not subside then we may have to investigate it further with the help of x ray and mri probably to rule out any injury to the muscle (rotator cuff injury)

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot fomentation. Mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid milk. Tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Pain in back or pain that starts from your back and side, and move towards the groin or testicles indicates kidney stone pain. Pain increases while you walk fast, climb stairs, running. Jumping or any such activity that strain. In addition to pain you may suffer from urine problem like frequent urge to urinate. Some times nausea, vomitting also. If you are suffering from such pain then yes it is kidney stone. Would request you to go for urine test and ultrasound to diagnose the size of stone and then according to that you can go for your treatment. If not then it is your postural back pain. You can take hot fermentation at home thrice a day for 10-15 minutes along with some back strengthening and hamstring stretching exercises to get it cure. Hope this answer your question. X rays of both knee joints (digital) this could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikid plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

May your mother problem ortho arthritis in that case only females 90% so you can take treatment fist orthopedic doctor a x-ray also so you at home hot water, toble deep in hot water some time recover on knee when she feel cool agene do this & some exercises self you can also go any physiotherapy good treatment that problem short out physiotherapy + hot water + exercises = feeling batter but every things regular 2 months OK some days full bad rest.

You must improve the power of your thigh muscles.Any way you may (A) Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. (B) Use no pillow under the head. (C) Kindly take BioD3 Max 1 tab dailyx10 Paracetamol 250kmg OD & SOS x5days (D) Do back(spine)/shoulder/knee exercises (E)Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take (F) Do not ignore it. The condition is called plantar fascitis, contrast bath that is cold pack followed by hot pack will help you and once you get up in the morning walk first 5 to 10 steps on your toes and then keep your heel. You can also consult a physiotherapist.

Only ayurveda can help you take til oil boil ginger paste, ajwain, garlic into it, apply it on your back at bed time take hot water bottel after that and apply it for 1 hour affter til oil massage it will be cure in just 2 days.

I am suffering from pain in my elbow of right arm in elbow joint from 1 month due to pick the high weight from this arm?

I am suffering from pain in my elbow of right arm in elbow joint from 1 month due to pick the high weight from this arm?
Mostly pain in elbow is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in elbow occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. Pain in elbow is common complain of players or housewives. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like US, IFT etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of elbow pain (tennis or golfer’s elbow) like PNF, Hold Relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear forearm band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your elbow into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your elbow. If severe pain you can use sling to avoid gravity pressure. 2. Ice and hot pack combo. Apply ice for 3 min and then hot for 2 min. There is very good result of both applications together. After 3 days of taking contrast therapy you can make the ice and hot ratio as 1: 1 mean one min cold and then one min hot. Start with hot pack and ends with cold. Take it for 15-18 min thrice a day for early recovery. Please make sure it should not be too hot or too cold. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: Start the exercise once your pain is decreased atleast 50-60% A) Palm lifting B) Elbow up and down in gravity eliminated position C) Strengthening of elbow muscles.
