Hi take break every 20 minutes. Do stretching learn spine mobility and strengthening exercise from physio or consult me via lybrate.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Rest. Take a break from your normal activities. Ice. Place an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day. Compression. Use a compression bandage to reduce swelling. Elevation. Elevate your foot to help reduce swelling.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. Most probably you are suffering from oa of knee. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x- rays before a final decision can be taken. You will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Hi for ankylosing spondylitis swimming is the best exercise and doing certain exercises in the pool so if you can excess a swimming pool it will be great.

I am soo weak I can ate as proper diet and much as possible but after before I am weak and pain in muscles and bones give me a treatment for this.

As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. Eat fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon foods fortified with vitamin d, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy foods that provide vitamin d= milk, and cereals cheese egg yolks to get vitamin d from food, fish is a good option. Since this is a genetically linked disease hence as of now there is no permanent cure for it, but new intravenous medications are available which help in disease control. They will alao help with streching & strengthning of lumbar paraspinal muscles. Despite of all this effort with no to least help, either visit a pain specialist or orthopedician in your city to look at things in detail for diagnosis of your condition & further treatment.

Please do a x-ray of cervical spine first. Take hot and cold compresses alternately for pain. Also take Rhus tox 30 and Hypericum 30 - thrice daily for next 10 days. Also have your eye-power checked once. Take good sleep.
