"For Sinus and Nose problems, try taking steam inhalation for 3 times a day. To know how to take steam, please read instructions below to know - how to take steam inhalation for best results. If problem is not solved in 2-3 days, you may need additional medicines. Techniques to steam 1) Boil a pot of water. 2) Pour water into a large flat pan or bowl. If you use a casserole, water will remain warm for longer duration. 3) Place your head over the bowl at a distance of 1 feet. 4) Cover your head and bowl with a large towel (like a tent), take long breath through your nose and breath out through mouth. Take a break every 1-2 minutes until you feel relatively cooler. Do it for 10 minute twice or thrice a day. If you feel that the treatment is getting too much for you, raise the towel so that fresh air is brought into the area and breathe through your mouth a couple of times and then resume Take care - Take all precautions while dealing with hot water. Also, keep children away and wan others that you are dealing with boiling hot water. Other way is - by an Electric steamer available in market and take steam through it. It is more convenient. "

Dear lybrate-user, This looks like some kind of Upper respiratory tract infection, and I think it not something to worry about. In case the symptoms are still persisting after you completed a course of antibiotics. Do consult a ENT specialist and get a Laryngoscopy test done. In case of suspicious lesion, the doctor might take a biopsy and we can confirm the diagnosis.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. "Ulcers in the throat" or in he mouth? Because it is difficult to see throat ulcers clearly and count them. There is a possibility of throat inflammation plus ulcers in the mouth. Any ways, it appears you need some specific treatment both for inflammation (which could be due to infection) and ulceration. You will probably need B complex capsules plus an antibiotic for few days. Thanks.

Vertigo, hepatitis b and count of 12000. The cell count is a little on higher side but if there is no sign of infection like fever, cough, urinary problem then you may overlook this temporarily. About hepatitis b, if it is conclusive by the positive lab result of australia antigen, then you only have to keep an eye over the state of your liver and any symptom related with it. About vertigo, you have to make certain the side on which you get the feeling of giddiness on changing posture. A maneuver called epley maneuver is helpful in curing this problem. To do this maneuver you need the help of another person who can follow and do the steps shown in this maneuver. You can see the demo of this maneuver on youtube by typing epley in search bar.

Its the nature's way.....no one can occupy a place for ever ever. Every creature who is born has to die for others to take its place.......as he has to take birth somwhere else in another form to perform his duty in that body.........again after some time he will again have to leave this body and go to someother place to again perform his duty. We are soul a part of the Eternal soul/the almighty GOD......we came here to play our roles that so simple.... However I suggest you enjoy life which is very colourful and beautiful....
