Probiotics might be helpful to you. Get ur liver function tests, cbc, ultrasound abdomen, stool culture done. Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat fresh food. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Hope this helps u. If required, consult with reports.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

I am a 26 years old and in a long distance relationship since 5 years. I am very much emotionally attached to this guy but we don't share a very good understanding. Since you get easily hurt, you are genetically programmed that way so ideal partner for you is someone who is sensitive more than anything. Else then you should realize, why do you get hurt most of the times. Isn't it because you expect a certain behavior from the other, you have this ideal image of other which is the root of all this frustration. There is nothing ideal in this world except the word ideal, everyone is a mixture of desirable and undesirable and one has to accept or choose the entire package. Neither you will change nor the other, so can this demand for the other to change go? take a counseling session if you feel so. Bottling up is still more hazardous speak out to a friend or a professional!

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

To gain muscles being a vegetarian and weight in healthy way, consume balanced diet with more protein rich foods to build muscles. Since your weight is less, the amount of protein you have to take is 1 to 1.25 gm protein / kg of ideal weight. You can include sprouts, milk & milk products also in your diet. Hi! yours is a case of allergy if you are fit you get cold and cough less often to build your immune system strong you have to practice yoga also improve your diet nutritionally drink penty of water stop eating junk food and deep fried items whatever you are allergic to try to avoid those foods. Be stress free and sleep enough during the nights. If you can practice the above mentioned, with in six months you feel much better. Know your body and understand it well.

Many people tend to gain weight and it accumulates on your hips resulting in a boarder rear. The buttocks comprise of three muscles known as gluteus minimus, gluteus medius and the gluteus maximus. Out of these, the maximum muscle is responsible for giving shape to the butt. To get an A shaped butt is the dream of many, but very few people have it. This being said, there are many workout options which can tone down the fat at the lower portion of the body and present a person with a perfect butt.

  1. Squats: Squats are the most popular exercise when it comes down to trim the fat at the lower portion of the body. It reduces fat of the thighs, buttocks and lower muscles. No equipment is required to perform this exercise. Squats should be performed in 2 sets with 20 repetitions. One legged squat can be performed to get fast results.
  2. Standing lunges: This is a simple exercise where the feet and the hip are kept at a wide angle with the toe pointing forward. The hand is kept on the hips and then the one step is taken forward, the knee is then slowly bent and both the legs should be kept at right angles. This position should be held for a couple of seconds only to repeat the same with the other feet. 2 sets of 20 repetitions should be performed on a daily basis. Apart from standing lunges, some other exercises that help to tone down the fat of the lower body include lateral lunges, forward lunges, multi-directional lunges etc.
  3. Butt lift: This is a training that involves strength training. It helps to tone the muscles of the buttocks and the lower back. The procedure is simple. It involves lying flat down with both knees bent and both the hands by the side. Both the foot should have a distance of around 1 meter. Then the hips should be slowly raised by keeping the back straight. Breathe out while raising the hips and breath in, while lying flat again. 2 sets of 10 repetitions should be performed in each exercise session.
  4. Stability Ball: This is a very effective exercise when it comes to reducing the size of the hamstring and the gluteus muscles. Apart from the, it pays rich dividends to the abdomen, lower back, and buttocks. It is a simple exercise which should be started by lying flat with an exercise ball under the heel. The hip should be slowly pulled up by bending the knees. The heel should be dug and the ball should be dragged towards the body till the knee finally bends. It should be done in 2 sets of 8-10 repetitions.

Hi lybrate-userto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Dear apply homoeopathic medicine 1-jaborandi-q on scalp twice weekly in the night time and wash next morning 2- acid phos 200 ; take 5 drops with some water twice daily you will get result in one month.

Hi lybrate-user acc to your height your weight should be around 50-55. Acc to your present weight you are overweight. Only green tea not help you to loose weight for that you should also follow balance diet acc to your life style. Acc to your calories, acc to your portion size.
