I am 33 years old. I have small breasts. I want to increase my breast size. please suggest me.

MD - Alternate Medicine, BHMS
Homeopath, Surat
It happens because of hormonal imbalances and the lack of nutrition to produce hormones. You need to take Pituitarinum 6C one dose daily for 5 days and start taking naturamore female powder 1 spoon daily in morning and evening for 1 month. This will definitely give you results. As the Powder is just a supplement containing proteins, vitamins, minerals and all. You will get result 110%. Just inform me if you are not getting the powder. Take care. :)

My wife is 8 weeks pregnant. Can you please suggest some food so that my baby will have fair skin.

DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), PGDHHM, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Delhi
My wife is 8 weeks pregnant.
Can you please suggest some food so that my baby will have fair skin.
Use following diet in pregnancy lunch: broccoli and pea soup a fantastic light lunch that's easy to digest and is full of folate. Serve with crusty bread and reduced-fat hummus, to make it even more nutritious. This recipe uses fortified soya milk, so it's fine to eat if you're a vegan, but you can replace it with semi-skimmed cow's milk if that's what you have to hand. Serves four, and freezes well, if you have leftovers. Ingredients 2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil 1 large onion, roughly chopped 500g broccoli, roughly chopped 250g frozen peas 500ml unsweetened fortified soya milk (or semi-skimmed milk) 500ml vegetable stock black pepper, to taste method preparation time: 20 minutes cooking time: 20 minutes in a large, non-stick saucepan or casserole, fry the onion in the oil until soft. This should take about 10 minutes. Add the broccoli and peas. Cook for a few minutes, stirring often. Add the soya milk and stock, and bring the soup to the boil. Then turn down the heat, cover the pan, and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the broccoli is soft. Transfer to a food processor or blender, or use a stick blender and whizz until smooth. Snack: orange with stem ginger and dates give your immune system a boost in those early weeks with a fresh orange, which is a great source of vitamin c. The ginger may help to relieve nausea, and adds a spicy kick to the orange. Ingredients 1 large orange handful of dates stem ginger in syrup method preparation time: 5 minutes peel the orange and slice it horizontally, arranging the slices on a plate. Chop a few dates and sprinkle on the orange. Then chop the stem ginger finely and add a few slivers on top. Dinner: beef and black-eyed bean casserole black-eyed beans are high in folate and a good source of fibre. This delicious stew is an easy way to incorporate beans into your diet. The bacon and sun-dried tomatoes are high in salt, so you won't need to add any stock or salt. Serves four, and can be frozen. Ingredients 150g lean bacon, cubed 1 large onion, roughly chopped 500g lean stewing beef 1 large (400g) can black-eyed beans, drained and rinsed 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped 1 tbsp plain flour 400ml water 2 bay leaves black pepper method preparation time: 15 minutes cooking time: one hour 30 minutes preheat the oven to 160 degrees c, or gas mark 3. Add the bacon and onion to a non-stick frying pan and cook over a gentle heat, until the bacon releases its fat and the onion is browned. Remove from the pan and add to a large casserole, along with the beef, beans, paprika and tomatoes. Sprinkle over the flour and stir in. Pour over the water, tuck in the bay leaves and stir well. Cover with a lid and place in the oven for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put a jacket potato in the oven at the same time as the stew. Serve with steamed broccoli or spinach, and carrots or sweetcorn.

I'm not a smoker. But passive smoker. How it effects? I have smoke and dust allergies.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
There are two types of passive smoking as it is called: the side-stream smoke and the second hand smoke. The former is the smoke that emanates from a burning cigarette and is not filtered as it comes directly from an idly held cigarette when a smoker holds his cigarette waiting to take the next puff. The second hand smoke is not only filtered but has gone through the respiratory system and is exhaled after much of the substances are absorbed by the smoker. It is still very harmful to the non-smoker. Tobacco smoke inside a room tends to hang in mid-air rather than disperse. Hot smoke rises, but tobacco smoke cools rapidly, which stops its upward climb. Since the smoke is heavier than the air, the smoke starts to descend. Tobacco smoke contains around 7,000 chemicals, made up of particles and gases, over 50 of which are known to cause cancer. Second-hand smoke has been confirmed as a cause of lung cancer in humans by several leading health authorities. Compounds such as ammonia, sulphur and formaldehyde irritate the eyes, nose, throat and lungs. These compounds are especially harmful to people with respiratory conditions such as bronchitis or asthma. Exposure to second-hand smoke can either trigger or worsen symptoms. Pregnant women and unborn babies: Australian data indicates that about 12 per cent of women smoke during pregnancy. Both smoking and passive smoking can seriously affect the developing fetus: miscarriage and stillbirth, premature birth and low birth weight, sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI), which includes sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and fatal sleep accidents, complications during birth. A non-smoking pregnant woman is more likely to give birth earlier, and to a baby with a slightly lower birth weight if she is exposed to second-hand smoke in the home – for example, if her partner smokes. Children: Children are especially vulnerable to the damaging effects of second-hand smoke: Passive smoking is a cause of sudden unexpected death in infants (SUDI), which includes sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) and fatal sleep accidents. A child who lives in a smoking household for the first 18 months of their life has an increased risk of developing a range of respiratory illnesses, including bronchitis, bronchiolitis and pneumonia. They are also more prone to getting colds, coughs and glue ear (middle ear infections). Their lungs show a reduced ability to function and slower growth. A child is more likely to develop asthma symptoms, have more asthma attacks and use asthma medications more often and for a longer period. School-aged children of people who smoke are more likely to have symptoms such as cough, phlegm, wheeze and breathlessness. Children of people who smoke have an increased risk of meningococcal disease, which can sometimes cause death or disability. Partners: People who have never smoked who live with people who do smoke are at increased risk: Passive smoking increases the risk of heart disease. There is consistent evidence that people who do not smoke, who live in a smoky household, have higher risks of coronary heart disease than those who do not. Passive smoking makes the blood more ‘sticky’ and likely to clot, thereby leading to increased risk of various health conditions, including heart attack and stroke. There is evidence that passive smoking is associated with lower levels of antioxidant vitamins in the blood. Just 30 minutes of exposure to second-hand smoke can affect how your blood vessels regulate blood flow, to a similar degree to that seen in people who smoke. Long-term exposure to passive smoking may lead to the development of atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries). People who do not smoke who suffer long-term exposure to second-hand smoke have a 20 to 30 per cent higher risk of developing lung cancer. There is increasing evidence that passive smoking can increase the risk of stroke, nasal sinus cancer, throat cancer, breast cancer, long- and short-term respiratory symptoms, loss of lung function, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease among people who do not smoke.

Dear , first get urine test done. If it shows more than 5 pus cells then take ofloxacin 200 mg twice a day 1 hour before meals for 15 days and check urine again. If urine shows less than 5 pus cells then you don't have infection and we have to look for likely cause some where else. For that constipation and anal fissure with passage of hard stools is another possibility.

Reinventing Self After Divorce!

MBBS, M.D Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Delhi
Reinventing Self After Divorce!

Reinventing Yourself after Divorce

“It's over. You've signed the divorce papers, and the relationship you entered with so much hope is officially dissolved.”

Have you just ended a long-term relationship with someone? Why do breakups hurt so much, even when the relationship is no longer good?

It is painful because it represents the loss, not just of the relationship, but also of shared dreams and commitments. Romantic relationships begin on a high note of excitement and hope for the future. When these relationships fail, we experience profound disappointment, stress, and grief.

A breakup or divorce launches us into uncharted territory. Everything is disrupted: your routine and responsibilities, your home, your relationships with extended family and friends, and even your identity. A breakup brings uncertainty about the future. What will life be like without your partner? Will you find someone else? Will you end up alone? These unknowns often seem worse than an unhappy relationship.

Recovering from a breakup or divorce is difficult. However, it’s important to know (and to keep reminding yourself) that you can and will move on.  Your life is not broken. It's just time for a change. So,

1. Let yourself mourn.

Nobody gets married thinking, "I sure hope we can get divorced someday!" Even if, by the time you split, the divorce was something you wanted, a divorce still represents a loss. Whatever your marriage and divorce experience has been, there will be emotions that have to do with grief. You may feel remorse for what you did or didn't do, or wonder what you did wrong. Don't dwell on those feelings, but make room for them

2. Work through your feelings.

Don't tote that heavy baggage from your previous relationship into your new life. Find a way to work through the lingering emotions from the demise of your marriage. It may mean talking out your feelings with a therapist or focusing your energy in a healthy activity you enjoy. "It's common to sweep these emotions under the table, but you have to work through them or they'll pollute your life going forward.”

3. Learn to like yourself.

That may sound cheesy and New Age-y. But the fact is that many people feel a lot of self-rejection after a divorce. "You might think that there must be something wrong with you if you couldn't make this relationship work.” You have to work on getting confidence and faith in yourself and ability to believe in your own worth."

4. Rediscover who you used to be.

Especially if you were married for a long time, you may have given up a lot of the things you enjoyed as a single person because they didn't fit with your "couple hood”. “What were your hobbies and activities before the marriage? What did you defer in favor of the relationship?" Exercising your interest in those again is important to rebuilding yourself.

5. Discover a new side of yourself.

The life-changing period of divorce, though often difficult and unwelcome, holds a silver lining: to shake things up and try on a new lifestyle. Maybe it's trying a new sport, considering a different place of worship, or going back to college. Maybe you realize that you'd like to move to a new city. Of course, you can't just flit away and throw caution to the wind. Chances are, you have some very real considerations -- kids (if you're a parent), a job, and a budget (which may have been hurt by the divorce). But chances also are that although you might not be able to do whatever your fantasy is, there may be other changes that ARE within your reach. So don't reject the idea of any change, just because you can't make every change.

As long as the changes you make are healthy and constructive, these are very appropriate. “Think about who you want to be -- the person you were before the marriage, or maybe a new person? What are some of the things you can do differently?" Look for changes you can say yes to, instead of dwelling on what's out of reach.

6. Dare to be alone.

Being alone doesn't mean being isolated and never seeing anyone. It just means not being coupled up, or in a rush to do so. Society is much more accepting of singles than even a decade ago, when solo restaurant diners often got the hairy eyeball. There are more than 30 million people living alone in this country today. "That's a lot of people, and there are a lot of opportunities for social connection. There are possibilities to pick up new friends and enter different kinds of groups that have to do with your interests. The social dimension after a divorce can be very rich."

7. Consider transitional relationships.

This isn't about rebounding. It's about considering dating (once you feel ready) outside your comfort zone -- someone who's not your type -- without thinking that it has to head toward a permanent relationship.

8. Embrace your new roles.

Especially if you were coupled up for a long time, your partner probably handled certain aspects of life while you managed others. Now it's all up to you. And it's not likely to go perfectly, but that's OK. Like If your partner was always the one responsible for the money -- earning it, managing it, investing it – and suddenly now you have a whole new realm of learning and responsibility. Dealing with those can give you confidence in your own ability. You don't have to figure it all out yourself. Look for help. Even if you make mistakes, you can learn from that experience. "Mistakes give you life skills and teach you that you can handle being alone."

In summary:

Divorce is not easy or fun, but realizing you can and will make it through this time of your life is the first step. To survive and thrive after divorce requires support and tools. It is a major transition in your life.

How much calories required pregnant woman per day. Please shared the site chart also.

How much calories required pregnant woman per day. Please shared the site chart also.
For the first six months of your pregnancy (firstand second trimesters), you won't need to have more calories than you did before you became pregnant. That's about 2,000 calories a day.  However, during the last three months of your pregnancy (third trimester), you will need an extra 200 calories a day, making a total of about 2,200 calories a day.  Bear in mind that we're all different shapes and sizes, and some of us are more active than others. So any recommendation about the amount of calories you need when you're pregnant is based on averages.  The number of calories you need while you are pregnant depends on:your heightyour body mass index (BMI)how active you arehow effectively you burn calories However, you may need to adjust your calorie intake if you are expecting twins or more, or if before you were pregnant:your BMI was 19 or under (underweight)your BMI was 25 or over (overweight) midwife will record your weight at your first antenatal appointment. She can also tell you what a healthy weight gain in pregnancy would mean for you.  To help you to get your calorie increase right in your third trimester, each of these healthy choices has about 200 calories:A small, toasted pitta, filled with a tablespoon of reduced-fat hummus and grated carrot, followed by three dried apricots.A small bowl of muesli with semi-skimmed milk, and an apple. Two slices of wholegrain bread, with a tablespoon of cottage cheese.A low-fat yoghurt with six almonds. Two slices of malt loaf, without spread. Being pregnant may sometimes make youcrave fatty and sugary food. You shouldn't go hungry, but try to get the balance right. Giving in to the odd packet of crisps is fine. The rest of the time, try to have healthy snacks between meals.  These tips will help you to feel full, while keeping your calorie count under control:Eat breakfast every day. If you feel sick in the morning, try nibbling dry toast or crackers when you wake up. Ask your partner to bring you something before you get out of bed, and then eat the rest of your breakfast later in the morning.Help to control your appetite by eating high-fibre foods, drinking plenty of water, andtaking regular exercise. Eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.Keep healthy foods to hand. A fruit bowl filled with apples, bananas, peaches, oranges and grapes makes it easy to grab a healthy snack. Also try smoothies, a handful of dried fruit, a low-fat yoghurt, or a plain fruit bun.Have a small amount of protein, such as lean chicken, with each meal. Balanced meals help you to feel fuller for longer.
