my name is siddhartha, 29 yrs, male. I have a keloid on my chest. A dermatologist gave corticosteroid 40 mg injection. The keloid caught infection and pus formation happened and the keloid broke within 5 days of injection. Now the wound is not healing since 4 days. Am cleaning the wound with diluted dettol and applying mupi ointment to the wound (little deeper wound, approx 4-5 mm in diameter and 3 mm in depth after the pus is removed. I had taken corticosteroid injection to that keloid in the past but it never had caught infection like this. How to heal this wound now? Will the wound heal soon?
