Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Normally, this means that ejaculation takes place very soon (less than a minute) after the penis enters the vagina, but in severe cases it can mean that the man ejaculates before penetration. The causes of premature ejaculation are unclear, but they are often thought to be psychological and/or neurological. They can include: stress, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or a traumatic sexual experience in the past. It can also be caused by biological factors. Thick condoms: try these if you think your penis is too sensitive. They can help decrease its sensitivity. Focus on other sexual pleasures: this can decrease anxiety and help you gain better control over your ejaculation. PE is a very treatable condition. Take homeopathic treatment. Tape a piece of banana peel, inner side down, over the wart before you go to bed. A chemical in the peel can slowly dissolve the wart. Or, try the same with a piece of lemon peel. An oil in the peel seems to discourage warts.

Hi sir I'm working out from the past 10 years to build up my physique, but till now I've not achieved a proper muscular body. I've also tried a lot of supplements but none of them worked. I worked very hard and till now going to the gym regularly to build some muscles. If I suddenly stop doing workout for just one week my body becomes normal as I've never worked out. If the problem is chronic, please investigate thoroughly. If there is no anatomical problem, there are few ayurved panchkarma treatments to help you with chronic cold. Regarding overweight- one has to be consistent in work out and reduction in diet while balancing nutrition. Walk is the best form of successful results in weight loss. Walk for minimum 60 min and reduce oily, fried, sweet and high carbohydrates in food. Small meals and early dinner. Good luck.

Yes and no. Honey has some enzyme when in contact with water or very high humidity, the enzyme synthesizes hydrogen peroxide, which is a bleaching agent. These hydrogen peroxide bleach and make hair white. However, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide thus generated is too low to cause hair to visibly grey if you simply applied honey to your hair and washed it off. Honey + Water cause white hair.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Whoever said that does not know his facts. Increased water intake leads to more fat, according to ayurveda. So drink only according to your thirst. Maximum of 1.5 ltrs in 24 hrs.

The tiredness is linked with your constipation try this eat lot of fibrous veg salads every day drink a big glass of warm water as soon a you get up in the morning and walk about a few mins do this for a few days and you will pass motion and make it a habit to pass motion everyday find your own method.

I had a swelling on my left inner lip of my vagina and it was itching on that particular spot as well. This swelling was there for around 3 days and last night I saw pus secreting out of the swollen area. After that the vaginal lip has somewhat gone back to normal size.

Hello, It is a sign of infection which from your description seems to be settling now. If symptoms persist it will require medication. Wear cotton underwear and loose-fitting pants or skirts. Avoid tight-fitting underwear.
