Hello, I am facing body pain these days. I get constant pain in my legs, back, my shoulders and headaches also. It gets worse when I have to go for some walk like 500 m. I can't sleep properly also. Few days back I had a cold and cough and a little bit of fever also. I took paracetamol I got well in 2 days. I have got dark circles and. Sometimes there is breathing problem also. Please advice me what to do to get out of this situation.

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Hello- low bp in females can easily be overcome by ayurvedic heath supplements, which are safe and really effective. Follow this treatment regimen- a) dadimadi ghrita 1 tsp twice daily b) tab abhra loha 1 tab twice daily. C) fruits like pomegranate and amla are beneficial. D) avoid fast food and late night workout and increase dairy products in meals.

I want to ask some tips for healthy and fair skin during summer season and also ask for good food for skin and hairs.
Healthy skin is desire of every one presently. For summers, following tips will help you maintain glow as well as keep your skin hydrated. 1. Hydration: adequate amount of water intake is must for glowing skin. Approx 3-4 litre of water per day, intake is recquired for glowing skin 2. Oral antioxidant: vitamin c rich food like amla, citrus fruits; green vegetable like broccoli will help in adding glow 3. Sunscreen application: apply broad spectrum sunscreen, with spf more than 30, daily, half hour before going outdoors. Sunscreen application should be repeated if you continue to stay outdoors 4. Don't forget to take off your make up before going to sleep 5. Non comedogenic moisturiser, before going to bed 6. Choose you cosmeceuticals wisely. Choose products only after testing on your skin.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Causes and risk factors of hunchback
Hunchback results when the vertebrae in the upper back become increasingly wedge-shaped and the cause for this can be various problems such as:
Osteoporosis.
Disc degeneration.
Cancer and treatment for cancer.
Scheuermann's disease.
Congenital/birth defects.

Risk factors: there are certain groups of people who are at increased risk for developing hunchback such as:
Adolescent girls who have a poor posture.
Boys aged between 10 and 15 are at increased risk of developing scheuermann's kyphosis.
Older patients suffering from osteoporosis are at a higher risk for spinal fractures which can contribute to hunchback.
Patients having connective tissue disorders (marfan syndrome) are more prone to developing hunchback.
Signs and symptoms of hunchback

Patient may not have any signs or symptoms if the hunchback is mild.
Abnormally curved spine.
Stiffness in the back.
Pain in the back.
Investigations for hunchback

Physical exam.
Neurological exam to check reflexes and muscle strength.
X-rays to determine the degree of curvature and to detect deformities of the vertebrae.
Computerized tomography (ct scan) for more detailed images.
Magnetic resonance imaging (mri) to rule out tumor or infection.
Nerve tests are done if the patient is experiencing any muscle weakness or numbness to check the nerve impulses.
Lung function tests are done for severe hunchback to check if the curve is affecting the patient's ability to breathe.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Don't purse or bite ur lips.Avoid smoking,it'll increase flaking of ur lips.Cut down on alcohol.Flavoured coloured lip balms can aggravate ur situation.menthol containing products vil increase the agitation.silver coated sweets shud not be taken.apply lip moisturiser twice daily,u can also use ghee,malai or Vaseline.protect ur lips with sunscreen half an hour before stepping out.severe cases,vil also need medications.Mix a tsp each of honey,curd and banana,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.

Hello,Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly.
