Glad to hear it is not hereditary, you then have better chances. Firstly improve your diet and add exercise to your daily routine. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is unchangeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it affects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy go' in life -regardless of age. For growth hormones send me a close-up pics of your scalp.

Hi, use this home remedy to get a tan free glowing skin. *Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Hello, If you wish to have kids in future but not now then you should opt for copper-t IUCD rather than tubal ligation.

Dear yes if you are going gym and working out you can take protein supplements whey protein supplements are better to use. For maintaing good energy level you should stay hydrated by drinking water and eat right food that includes complex carbs (whole grains oats millets ragi brown rice these are rich in fibre too that help in cleasing colon and lowering bad cholesterol level, protein (pulses eggs lean meat if non veg) along with this eat plenty of seasonal veges and fruits and always use filtered oil for cooking (kachhi ghani mustard oil sesame oil arc refrain from refined ones.

You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 2) sleep upto 10.30 pm 3) avoid coffee and tea…. 4) avoid use of any hair oil, soap…for 15-30 days… A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 2-2 tablets of lakshyadi guggul with audumbaravleha…. C) take 2 tsf of FLAX SEEDS along with 2 tsf of jiggery and 2 tablets of LEELAVILAS RASA after meals…. D) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and aloe vera juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Hi lybrate user, I believe you had been given either transforaminal epidural (nerve block) or caudal epidural for disc herniation. Nerve block reduces the inflammation caused by inflammatory chemicals from disc material but it doesn't reduce the disc size or repair it. So we can say i'm acute case nerve block is very helpful but it may not reduce the herniation part. You mentioned pain while sitting on left buttock, it could be due to sacroilitis (sacroiliac joints inflammation, when someone having low back ache it's rare that only one component of spine is responsible for pain, there could be facetal arthritis, sacroilitis, piriformis syndrome, quadratus lumborum syndrome, para spinal muscle spasm gets associated with primary disc herniation pathology or vice versa. So there are multiple components of pain in 1 patient. When you report severe most pain, we try to resolve that pain first, but it doesn't mean all pain can be treated by one injection or tablet. For this constant watch is required. In your case your Dr. Might have given injection for discogenic pain which was primary at that point, now you might have main pain from sacroiliac joints and there might be some other component as well, have a close consultation with one specialist till he gives up on diagnosis or treatment or you are not happy with relief you get.
