I couldn't sleep properly from last Saturday Sunday I went for bike riding for around 200 km and from Monday morning I was feeling very uneasy back pains head and eyes were troubling due to lack of sleep took dolo 650 on Monday night and Tuesday whole day three times today ie Wednesday morning fever is lite but lot of body pains still and eyes are very red and pale I usually don't get ill very rarely can anyone please help me with it.

Hi doc, I'm 21 years old, male, wen I was 12/13 years I had a problem on penis, which is my foreskin stuck back for a day or two and then it was not gets its original shape. To overcome this problem, I had undergone an operation. They (docs) successfully solved the penis problem but from that day to till now I'm getting my foreskin a bit tight (it can be pull back and forth with some force which in turn get some pain) and the size of my penis is relatively small about 3 inch when erected and 1.5-2 in when non erected. The girth size is 2 & 3 in non erected and erected respectively. I discharge early about less than in a minute. I masturbate 2-3 per week.
