I am suffering migraine from childhood, Dr. said that it will automatically end with age but at the age of 20yo it is not relieved.

MBBS, Jupiter Hospital, Thane
General Physician, Mumbai
Migraine is more of a preventable disease than curative. You have to identify the triggers of your headache and avoid them. Avoid exposure to bright light, loud sound, sunlight. Avoid stress. Avoid chocolate and coffee. Have enough sleep. Drink 3-4 litres of water daily. I can prescribe you prophylactic medicines too if you want.

I am suffering from vigorous cough hair loss and also severe headache. What should i do?

MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath, Pune
Causes of headaches may include dehydration, fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress, the effects of medications, the effects of recreational drugs, viral infections, loud noises, common colds, head injury, rapid ingestion of a very cold food or beverage, and dental or sinus issues. 1.Reach for fluids. As with any illness, staying hydrated is your first line of defense against coughing. If your cough stems from a dry throat, a little hydration might be all you need. Even if your cough is caused by something else, drinking plenty of fluids is never a bad idea 2 Make the fluids warm. For certain coughs, such as ones caused by congestion or sinus drainage, warm liquids can be even more effective than cold or room temperature ones. 3.Try saltwater. Particularly in cases of cold- or flu-related coughs, salt water is your friend. 4.Consider steam — in some cases. Conventional wisdom often dictates that steam from a shower or a humidifier can help combat a cough; however, that’s only the case if your cough is due to dry air. If you’re coughing because of congestion, asthma, dust mites, or mold, among other causes, moist air could actually make your cough worse. 5.Stay upright. Being horizontal can cause mucus to drain into your throat. When sleeping with a cough, for example, you should prop up your head with pillows to prevent sinus drainage from pooling in your throat, causing you to cough. 6.Keep the air clean. Stay away from dirty air, including cigarette smoke.Particulates in the air could either be the source of your cough or worsen one that has other causes. Strong fragrances, such as perfumes, can cause some people to cough, even if they’re not irritating to others 7.Keep the air still. Avoid wind, ceiling fans, heaters, and air conditioners, because moving air can make coughs worse For medication consult online in private

Your vision will fluctuate in diabetes if your sugar levels are fluctuating. In cases of mvp. The treating doctors evaluates you for risk of stroke and starts prophylactic treatment as and when required. Signs of eminent stroke are technically called tias or transient ischaemia attacks. This means small blood clots that form around your diseased heart valve enters your blood circulation and brain and temporarily blocks a small blood vessel. Depending on area of brain affected you will have symptoms as long as the circulation is compromised. Usually a few seconds to minutes. It could be transient blurring of vision, difficulties in speech or movement of a particular part of body. These blood clots can be readily detected on echo of your heart. I if you r a apprehensive about it. Please discuss with your treating doctor. Reading online about diseases can be scarier than actual reality.
