I have suffering from indigestion problem and I taken consult from gastrologiest they done my endoscopy and found h pilory infection. Now I took ayurvedic medicine and the doctor start my diet from only pulses and rice for seven days it is useful for me? And they give me 1 And 0.5 month course for treatment of digestive. Can pulses and rice are easily digestive? Pls give me suggest.

It's not fair to interfere in treatment given by another doctor but as a general rule rice and daal is not complete food. You do need to take some good fats like a spoon of ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday plus lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. All of these are digestible.

Both kidneys are normal in size. The Rt. Measure 110 mm and the lt. Measure 119 mm in length. No hydronephrosis, no calculus is seen in right kidney PCS is mildly dilated in left kidney. Left upper ureter is dilated with a calcus of size 8 mm is seen in vug. Right upper ureter is normal. What is necessary for surgical of stone.

This size of stone may pass spontaneously, so you can wait for some days, keep on taking plenty of fluids orally, if it doesn't come out then it needs to be taken out by urs. Consult urologists. Don't wait much.

.Treatment- 1.Take a Full course of antibiotic even if you feel better, 2.drink plenty of water,(8-10glasses) daily, 3.avoid coffee/alcohol/spicy food which irritates bladder.

I M getting continues chest burn from 2 months its regular n it's not stopping I went to physical I ate meds related to heartburn but it didn't helped I also had a history of back pain so I had ate lots of painkillers n antibiotics maybe my Immune system got weak too but now I M having problem with chest burn n sometime pain when I do jumping exercise my chest starts paining maybe it's due to gas is it gerd I M suffering from or something else an is it curable I don't feel nauseous but I did vomit 2 n half months ago due to a anti biotic was sticked in my throat and after 1 day I got my chest burn started. N it's still going on it's been 2 n half month I M suffering from it help me anyone.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to GERD - also avoid painkillers & antibiotics as they cause acidity & heartburn - avoid spicy, fried & junk food - do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large ones, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tab half an hour before breakfast - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion & removal of wastes from the body.

Check your eye sight for refractive error and we also have to rule out sinusitis or migrane as the cause of headache after clinical examination and few tips- Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet , always be stress free , exercise regularly

I am suffering from leg pain from last 15 days and in legs swelling also and lot of pain in my legs.
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg.
