Masturbations for health is not good or for sex hunger is it better to calm down your sexual needs.

Masturbations for health is not good or for sex hunger is it better to calm down your sexual needs.
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients etc. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. Jogging and physical exercise are always good to keep you fit and stop worrying about sex and allied thinking. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

I am a 25 year old and have a headache since last 2.5 months. I have already seen doctors and they told that symptoms match to those of a migraine. I have already taken migraine medicines for over a month. But yet I encounter headache, heavy headedness and nausea daily. I don't understand why is it continuous? How to lower the frequency. I cannot concentrate at my work, at my study. I was going gym for some while which I have quit. My lifestyle is fine but again I always feel tired. Whenever I am alone I feel weirdly lonely and cry often. Are the continuous headaches because of migraine or is there a possibility that I am under depression. I have experienced many lows including a breakup, failure at a competitive exam recently. Should I consult a neurologist or a psychologist. I am not really a weak heart-ed person but I am really worried about my health, my current attitude and my future if things does not change. Kindly suggest.

I am a 25 year old and have a headache since last 2.5 months. I have already seen doctors and they told that symptoms...
Hi , firstly, I would like to thank you for having expressed your issues so very clearly. Well, as I understand, you have migraine since last 2.5 months, and you have been taking prothiaden for over a month now. Prothiaden, however, seems to be an anti-depressant and most of the symptoms that you have described like nausea, heavy headedness, headache etc are side effects of prothiaden which usually clear off after couple of weeks. Seemingly, your already existing headache (migraine as diagnosed) is not being helped through your current medication and the side effects of prothiaden probably add to your issues. Furthermore, in the given context, it is likely that anyone would get anxious, stressed out and eventually get into depression. That you feel weird, lonely and cry often, is indicative of you being depressed. I would advise you to meet up your physician whosoever you are consulting at present, and have a review of the treatment progress with no further delay. As there could still be better medications, he/ she may consider changing medication/ dose suitably as appropriate and one that has minimal side effects. At the same time, I would advise you to remain mentally strong as you already are, believe in yourself, and have faith and hope that there always is light at the end of the tunnel, however dark the tunnel may appear to be. Yogasanas, pranayams & meditation can also help you relax, de-stress and keep you focussed even during these tough times. At the same time, a trip to some hill station or some scenic natural place can help you relax, rejuvenate, think clearly and have a fresh perspective. For a second opinion, you should consult a psychologist if you have not consulted one already. He/ she may advise diagnostics & refer you appropriately as required. Keep up your dietary habits, lifestyle & hobbies and try enjoying every moment of your life irrespective. Hope this helps. You may connect with me in private to discuss and come up with a treatment plan that suits you in particular. All the best.

Sexual Conditions Overview

Sexual conditions, or STDs, include chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and trichomoniasis. Vaginal or penal discharge and burning or pain during urination can indicate a STD. STD treatment and prevention includes medication and practicing safe sex.

HPV Infection in Men

Much of the information about HPV virus (human papillomavirus) centers on women, since having the virus increases their risk of getting cervical cancer. But HPV virus in men can cause health problems, too. It's important for men to understand how to reduce the risks of HPV infection.

HPV infection can increase a man's risk of getting genital cancers, although these cancers are not common. HPV can also cause genital warts in men, just as in women.

Risks of HPV Infection in Men

Some of the 30 or so types of HPV associated with genital cancers can lead to cancer of the anus or penis in men. Both of these cancer types are rare, especially in men with a healthy immune system.

The Symptoms of HPV in Men

The types of high-risk HPV that can cause cancer rarely present any symptoms in men or in women. Genital warts are the first symptom you may see with low-risk HPV strains that cause warts but not cancer.

How to Prevent Spreading HPV

Abstinence is the only sure way to prevent HPV transmission. Risk of transmission can be lowered if a person has sex only with one person who is not infected and who is also monogamous.

To lower the risk of HPV transmission, men can also limit the number of sex partners and pick partners who have had few or no partners in the past.

Condoms can provide some protection against HPV transmission. Unfortunately, they aren't 100% effective, since HPV is transmitted primarily by skin-to-skin contact. The virus can still infect the skin uncovered by the condom.

In a recent study of young women who had just become sexually active, those whose partners used a condom each time they had sex were 70% less likely to get an HPV infection than were women whose partners used a condom less than 5% of the time

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedures and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Rinse frequently with mouth wash. Advise c. Amox 500mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Metrogyl 400mg 1-1-1, thrice daily, t. Imol 1-1-1, thrice daily (contraindicated in conditions with gastric ulcer, asthma, wheezing, allergy), c. Becosules 1-0-0 once daily all for 3 days only. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

The Perfect Erectile Dysfunction Treatment By a Sexologist!

The Perfect Erectile Dysfunction Treatment By a Sexologist!

Whenever it comes to a happy married life, the sexual lives of the partners also come into the picture. In fact, a wonderful conjugal life can only be sustained with the help of a healthy sexual relationship. No matter how close mentally both are, inability to physically be intimate with each other can indeed make things difficult to work out and damage a relationship in the future also. The warmth and pleasure remain intact only with complete satisfaction in sexual intercourse. Therefore, any roadblocks that may be proving detrimental during copulation must be eradicated at the earliest. One such problem is erectile dysfunction.

The immediate reaction after hearing these two words would be slow 'whispers' although this is a totally contradictory reaction as opposed to the type of the problem that must otherwise be attained at the earliest. This problem is a very serious one and here, a male suffers from malfunctioning of the erection of the penis during the right time of sex with the partner, thereby hampering the overall fulfillment of sexual desire and ultimate dissatisfaction on the part of the female partner as well. The erectile dysfunction problem is an issue that not only complicates sexual life, but it hugely undermines the confidence and self-esteem of the male who is suffering from the issue.

How to treat erectile dysfunction?

A sexologist or rather a sex specialist is the person that an individual must look out for in case of any sexual issues including erectile dysfunction. This person is a specialist in the sex studies and understands in detail about all the factors that may lead to these problems. After appropriate diagnosis, then, he or she can finally move forward to treat the patient. The same holds good for treating erectile dysfunction as well. As this is a specifically male sexual disorder, therefore, the males can very well approach the doctor accordingly. The several features of the modern treatment procedures are:

All the remedies that are prepared for treating this disorder are herbal and organic as these are made with essential minerals, oils, metals, leaves, stems, roots and other important parts of the plants.
The Ayurvedic method of treatment ensures that there are no after effects in the future due to the application of the medicines and hence, this form of treatment is extremely reliable for the patients.
The medicines not only help in the intensification of the growth of nerves and muscles in the penis for treating this problem, but also aggravate the blood circulation in this region as well. All these work together to make sure that the sexual health of the concerned male is recovered to the fullest.

  • Every medicine can be bought both from the offline and online markets at extremely affordable prices.
  • There are various packages of treatment for erectile dysfunction such as a singular treatment of the disease, two in one treatment along with premature ejaculation and three in one treatment along with penis enlargement and premature ejaculation too. The individuals can cherry pick any one of these packages based on budget and convenience and also based on the kind of disease.
  • All the medication doses are advised appropriately so that effective results are obtained within a short span of time, gradually but steadily without the incidences of any side effects in the long run. However, once cured, there is no way of recurrence of the problem in the future.
  • There is a subsequent increase in the libido that causes quicker erections that enhance manhood as well.

Hello, maintaining personal hygiene is important and that includes your private areas too. Please make sure you wash you private area. Keep it clean and dry. Do not wear clothing that is too tight.in summer it may lead to a lot of sweating. You could excuse yourself before getting intimate wash and wash up. That will help too. Plus please don't worry about your penis size. Stop comparing to what you see on TV they are all edited. Plus Asian men do have a smaller penis compared to other parts of the world. You just need to relax coz stress can hinder the erection. Inturn the size so concentrate on your partner more and less on your body parts.
