Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello, Your protein requirement would anytime between 100 to 110 gms per day,Fat should be around 20 gms nearly 200 gms of carbohydrates(complex ones)would be needed.

Sir I want to know that due to acne many dark spots occur on my face. And also on my face there is small small pores which are very ugly to see. I don't want to make pores more larger. Hi. The size of the pores can be reduced to some extent and you will have to maintain it for your whole life! You can take homoeopathic medicines if you do have active acne or discolouration due to acne – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear Lybrate User, Thank you for reaching out. There are a few stress management and relaxation techniques that she could follow. But if she is unable to find solutions to her personal tensions, I suggest she consult a counsellor. Meanwhile, here are a few things she can try: 1. Progressive Muscle Relaxation: sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then slowly concentrating on various parts of your body starting from your toes to head. Tense them for 10 seconds and then release and relax them for 10 seconds. Do the entire sequence once a day if possible. This should automatically help the body relax. 2. Prioritise and create a schedule: sometimes we get stressed because we feel there is too much to do. Breakdown your goals into smaller tasks and prioritise them from most to least important. Then create a schedule for your day starting from the most important that you need to finish. Try not to put too many time consuming tasks in one day. This should ease your stress for your everyday tensions. Please consult privately for further help. Good luck.

Hair loss, or alopecia can be associated with a wide variety of conditions, from genetic to autoimmune to infectious to environmental. Common forms of hair loss include the following: •Androgenetic alopecia (male or female pattern baldness) •Alopecia areata •Scarring (cicatricial) alopecia •Telogen effluvium •Anagen effluvium •Congenital hypotrichosis •Infection-related hair loss (eg, tinea capitis and folliculitis) •Physical hair damage or defect (eg, trichotillomania, loose anagen syndrome, monilethrix, and overprocessing) Androgenetic alopecia is by far the most common form of hair loss, followed by telogen effluvium, alopecia areata, tinea capitis, scarring alopecia, and hair loss from over processing. Upto 100 hair fall per day is considered normal. Correct diagnosis would require a clinical evaluation and then appropriate treatment can be prescribed. Also assessment of thyroid function, a complete blood count (CBC), and measurement of serum ferritin is required. The treatment requires a clinical assessment and correlation with Lab reports.

it may be due to Overeating at a time,due to some mental stress,Ingestion of toxins or excessive amounts of alcohol,viral infection and food poisoning to. Drinking gradually larger amounts of clear liquids Avoiding solid food until the vomiting episode has passed If vomiting and diarrhea last more than 24 hours, an oral rehydrating solution such as Pedialyte should be used to prevent and treat dehydration. Eat small meals throughout the day instead of three large meals. Eat slowly. Avoid hard-to-digest foods. Consume foods that are cold or room temperature if you nauseated by the smell of hot or warm foods. Rest after eating with your head elevated about 12 inches above your feet. Drink liquids between meals rather than during meals. Try to eat when you feel less nauseated.

Hye, Belly takes at least 6 to 8 weeks to involute. Eat a nutritious diet with healthy fats, stay active, feed your baby on demand and in some time you will see a change. Avoid reducing food intake or avoiding certain foods to lose fats. Remember nutrition is crucial.
