Get cervical x-ray doe first. It may be spondilities. Yoan can take actea racemosa 30 in gluobles. 4pills thrice daily for 15 days. Revert back with report. Thanks.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Although there can be many causes for heel pain like spurs, fascial inflammation, infection, trauma etc but normally plantar fascitis is the most common cause especially if there is no history of any injury or any s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness etc. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. Backache is a common ailment. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. Any way take IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKIND PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take Do ask for detailed treatment plan..Don’t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem

Hi. Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? the pain in legs can be because of - muscle cramps (due to tiredness or dehydration), shin splints (doing activity over and over on hard surfaces can bring this on. You may also be more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Rest your legs to feel better. Ice helps), tendinitis (you can get it from overworking the calf muscle or climbing the stairs, apply ice to get some relief), sprains (do rest, ice, compression & elevation). Other causes are varicose veins, arterial disease, sciatica, diabetic neuropathy. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

It's normal to have sore muscles after you work out that is delayed onset muscle soreness. It peaks within about 48 hours, and then it gradually get better when you do the same activity again, your muscles will start to get used to it" you will actually have no soreness or less soreness because now you've strengthened the muscle or connective tissue you ice the sore area right after the activity to cut inflammation. Then use heat later to increase blood flow to the area.

It depends on your posture while sitting, keep your back and neck straight and relaxed (not completely erect), do not use a stool if you have to sit for a long time, opt for a chair with back support, and place a lumbar roll on your chair where your lower back makes contact with the chair. Also if possible after every 30min-1hr stand up and take a short break of 5 minutes.

I am having pain in right leg and l4 and l5 problem However I got my reports it says sterilization of l5 with hypoplastic l5-s1 Interverbal disc And L4 l5 level causing compression of thecal sac, bilateral literal canal narrowing nd compression bilateral exiting nerve roots. Can I be safe by some exercises?

Take hot water fermentation daily and avoid jerk in spine, avoid maintaining one posture prolonged duration, avoid forward bending and back ward bending. Consult any nearest physiotherapist.
