Hello. When you sleep late at night then you feel tired in morning. Try to sleep early. It gives you good sleep and makes you fresh when you wake up in morning. For hunger you can take homoeopathic tonic alfa alfa malt. Take one spoon in morning and one at night half an hr before meal. It regulate your hunger. Avoid fast food and oily food. Drink lots of water. All these will help you. Give me feedback after 15 days. If you did not notice any change you can consult me. Good luck.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Dear, The possible cause of low blood pressure are- * Improper diet * Stress * Low level of Haemoglobin (Anemia) * Hypothyroidism For Recovering from low BP follow these best methods:• Anaemia is a cause of low BP so check your hemoglobin level (Hb) if this is low so eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot and fruits like pomegranate. • Eat an apple daily it maintain your BP normal.• Take your meal daily do not skip meal.• Drink 8 - 9 glass of water daily. Hydrate your body well with drinking proper amount of water because dehydration is also cause fall of BP. • When you feel that your BP is low then take 2 teaspoons of Glucon D and add a pinch of salt mix it in one glass of water and drink it. Before planning for gym to reduce weight or to maintain muscle, first you need to understand about diet plan for that. You know we have a history of bounce back of unwanted weight after leaving gym or some other problems will occur during gym. So better consult any Dietitian for diet of your new program & then do gym.

Hi, I am 22 years old now, and I have a VSD (ventricular septal disease) by birth. Now the hole is getting smaller and smaller and it is about 2.2 mm.My question is, will the hole gets cured naturally by itself. If yes, at what age does the hole gets closed considering that I am 22 years old now or should I get it operated and clear the hole?

Cancer is one of the most fatal diseases in the world. Stomach cancer is also known as 'Gastric cancer'. Like other diseases, it is crucial that it gets identified in the early stages and gets treated before it reaches the incurable stage. Like other forms of cancer, the exact cause of stomach cancer is still not yet known. However, certain things make stomach cancer more likely to happen.

The possible causes of stomach cancer are given below:

Some of these causes apply to nearly all forms of cancer. However, some of them only apply to stomach cancer.

  1. Smoking
  2. Obesity
  3. Bad diet
  4. Stomach surgery for an ulcer
  5. Type-A blood
  6. Epstein-Barr virus infection
  7. Genetics
  8. Asbestos
  9. Exposure to certain materials in certain industries
  10. Helicobacter pylori bacteria

Some of the symptoms of stomach cancer are:

Stomach cancer like all other forms of cancer has various stages and it is crucial that it is diagnosed in the early stages so that the progression of it is stymied. At first, the symptoms of stomach cancer include indigestion, loss of appetite, slight nausea, heartburn and the feeling of being bloated after a meal.

However, indigestion and heartburn, doesn't always mean that you have stomach cancer, but if these conditions persist, you should visit a doctor to rule out the possibility of stomach cancer.

The growth of the tumor in your stomach can lead to various serious symptoms too, such as:

  1. Stomach pain
  2. Heartburn
  3. Blood in your stool
  4. Weakness or exhaustion
  5. Vomiting
  6. Diarrhea and constipation
  7. Weight loss for no apparent reason
  8. Swelling in your stomach
  9. Trouble in swallowing
  10. Eyes and skin turn yellowish
