Hi, take whey protein 1 spoon after workout. You should take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include 2 egg, 2 figs, almonds, sprout, peanut butter in breakfast. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

Do not worry, some people start gaining weight later, in mid to late 20s. For gaining weight you should take energy dense healthy foods like milk products, bananas, rice and grains. Avoid packed and market foods. You should do exercise, either in gym or freehand.

For weight gain you must take high calloric food. Take a early morning breakfast. The breakfast should consist a big glass of milk. To increase the caloric value of milk add 2 tablespoon sugar+2 tablespoon Bournvita. Along with milk in breakfast take a bread with with plenty of butter, two Bananas and two fried eggs. All this breakfast will cause slight heaviness and belching in the first few days but if continuied with a little will power, it will do a lot of good in future Eat fruits and vegetables Garbanzo Beans. Hi, Frequency of urination is due to a few reasons 1) Diabetes mellitus 2) Diabetes insipidus 3) Irritable /overactive bladder 4) urine infection 5) drinking coffee and tea (they are diuretics) 6) drinking lots of fluids I am not sure if you are experiencing any other symptoms like increased thirst, increased hunger, losing weight, burning sensation when urinating, fever, Lower abdominal pain etc. You could get a fasting and post prandial blood glucose done to rule out diabetes. A complete urine examination with microscopy will rule out any urine infection. It would also help if you could consult a physician or urologist to diagnose your problem and who can provide appropriate treatment. Thank you.

Sanjeev Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products..vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...
