On a regular basis. I feel really week in doing any work and even studying. Wat is the remedy.

HI 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

Weakness can be due to many reasons such as hormonal imbalance, disturbed lipid profile, improper sleep, certain deficiencies in the body and many more, get your tsh, t3, t4 and lipid profile profile test and take proper sleep and drink lots of water and take balanced diet.

Take honey and tulsi in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise like yoga, push ups, weight lifting and other muscle building exercise. Eat extra more frequently. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Eat more protein to gain weight. Add extra healthy oil in cooking. These are basic but for more details and professional guidelines consult me privately.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Hello lybrate user, there can be many reasons to it. E. G. You may be spending a lot of time in travelling to office changing modes of transportation e. G bus, rickshaw, taxi and so on. Secondly it may also be due to mental exertion which people experience in office due to work and spend time overthinking. When you overthink your body uses up glucose and this drains the body of the energy. You may replace it temporarily with some sweets and fast food, but still your mind has got into the habit of overthinking and that will not stop. Hence stop overthinking. Relax. Try not to run your imagination. This will help in long run. Or else consult any psychologist for further help.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. Hello! take small n frequent healthy meal. Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Cinnamon tea might help you for your period.

Concentrate on your diet. If you are doing more physical and mental activities and food you take cannot fulfill the needs of the body, slowly degeneration happens. Please use protein, vitamins, omega-3 supplements for better health. Drink more water in a day, carry water bottle every time with you.
