1. Add more vegetables to your diet. They are full of minerals, vitamins and fibre, and are highly alkalising to your body. Eating alkalising foods (opposite of acidic foods) helps your body to remove toxins from your body and thus makes you feel great. Eat raw vegetables (Carrots, turnips, Zucchini etc.) and steamed vegetables (Broccoli, spinach and other green vegetables) at least two times a day between your main meals. Add a cup of sprouts (mung beans, chickpeas etc.) to increase the nutrient value even further. 2. You can also add extra virgin Olive oil to your vegetable salads. Adding fat to your diet won't make you fat. Eating wrong fats (saturated) with wrong foods (Fast absorbing carbs) makes you fat. Also add Almonds, Walnuts, Flax seeds and other nuts to get Omega-3 for healthy joints and brain functioning. 3. Eat a variety of fruits at other times of the day. You can add Kiwis, pineapple, pomegranate, and all other seasonal fruits. Don't just stick to one or two. 4. Drink a lot of water throughout the day. Try to maintain your total fluid intake between 5 and 6 litres. 5. Drink green tea 2-3 times a day. 6. Buy a good multivitamin for temporarily fulfilling your body's requirements until you reap the benefits of the above super foods.

For your height you are 2-3 kgs more. Feeling tired very quickly might be because your thyroid hormone is not balanced. Please do check it. If the report is normal. Eat good quality protein from egg, lean organic meat, pulses, legumes, nuts after work out and eat a fruit before work out and check energy levels. Do not deprive your meals. Every meal should have grains, egg/pulses/legumes and fat from nuts or cold pressed filtered oil. Eating in this way might help you with fatigue. Hope this helps you.

Have pleasant meals: meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Furthermore, research conducted by professors brian wansink and koert van ittersum at cornell university suggest that by eating in larger cups and bowls, one may increase the consumption of food compared to when eating in smaller cups and bowls.

According to ayurveda, food which are easy to digest but nutrient can gain weight. But I need detait history for perfact solution. Like your appetite? bowel habits sleeping habits kind of your work or job life style diet etc. But till you can do following: take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating start massage with til oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath focus in yourself avoid stress anger fear take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. Start chyavanprash in morning. No need to hurry its a slow process.

Take dakhini mirch50gm khand/sharkera250gm deshi ghee100gm. Grind dakhini mirch in fine particle and mix in sharkera and ghee. Take 10gm early in morning with warm water. If you have constipation remove it.

Hello, lybrate-user, you need to gain much more weight. You are under weight and the proof of it is as you have mentioned you don't have enough muscle mass. Once you gain muscle you will automatically loose excess fat. Consume high protein yet nutritious and balanced diet, have 8 hrs. Of sound sleep, avail small amount frequent feed and continue regular physical exercise.

Please note that you need to check if she is having worms. If so that needs to be treated first. Try giving her foods little by little at a time ever 2 hours intervals. Give her milk daily 2 glasses and banana. Also give her five phos 2 tablets twice daily for next 3 weeks nd give a feedback.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. Immediately after gym you should have carbs rich foods along with protein. You can take whey protein or any other nutritional supplement. Do exercise like yoga, push ups, plank etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods. Avoid smoking, alcohol.

If you feel excessive sleep or tiredness/ head spinning or vertigo like feeling you have to make sure you have no anaemia or hypothyroidism by doing a blood CBC & TSH and inform me directly Staying thin and active is healthier than being obese and inactive
