Sleep is the best reliever of all stress and physical pain. Not only is it important to get sleep, but also to sleep soundly and without any disturbance. The quality matters. Here are a few tips to get better sleep: 1.It is important to maintain the same sleep schedule every single day. This helps to naturalize your body clock and get the best quality sleep. 2.Switch off all mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices. Their artificial glow not only hampers your eyesight, but also prolongs the amount of time your body takes to relax and fall off to sleep. 3.If your back pain causes you to continually wake up in the middle of the night in discomfort, then sleep with a pillow or cushion between your legs so as to straighten out your back and relieve pent up stress. 4.The importance of your pillow can never be stressed upon enough. Your pillow should be not too fat, hard or soft. It should just about support the natural curve of your neck, so that it is perfectly aligned with the centre of your body. Correct sleeping postures are extremely important. 5.Make sure your room is nice and dark so as to stimulate the secretion of a hormone called melatonin that is regulated by light exposure. An asthma attack can occur when an irritant?usually a common substance like smoke, cold or dry air, pollen, mold, or dust mites?meets a set of temperamental lungs. Hormonal fluctuations, stress, and anger can also trigger an attack. Sometimes there?s no apparent cause. Your difficulty in breathing occurs because the bronchi, the tubes that allow oxygen into your lungs, go into spasms. Accompanying them may be coughing and tightness in the chest. The spasms trigger the release of histamine and other chemicals that cause inflammation and the production of airway-clogging mucus.
For severe asthma attacks?the kind of tightness, wheezing, and shortness of breath that can be really frightening?most people do just what the doctor recommends. Often, that means quick action with an inhaler containing a drug such as albuterol. If that?s what you use, and it works, don?t give it up. And always have your doctor?s telephone number near at hand in case of severe attacks. But for non-emergencies, you?ll want to figure out ways to help yourself breathe easy.

? When an asthma attack comes on, stay calm. Panic can make your symptoms worse. Help yourself along with this visualization trick: Close your eyes. As you inhale, see your lungs expand and fill with white light, and feel your breathing become easier. Repeat this exercise twice more, then open your eyes.
? In a pinch, have a strong cup of coffee or two 355-mL cans of caffeinated cola. Caffeine is chemically related to theophylline, a standard medication for asthma. It helps open airways.
Natural remedies for asthma
? Practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine have been using the herb ginkgo to treat asthma for centuries. If you want to try it, take 60 to 250 milligrams of standardized ginkgo extract once a day. One recent study suggests that this herb interferes with a protein in the blood that contributes to airway spasms.
? Magnesium may make you feel better. Much research suggests that magnesium relaxes the smooth muscles of the upper respiratory tract. The recommended dose is 600 milligrams a day.
Help asthma by fighting inflammation
? Omega-3 fatty acids, found in fatty fish such as tuna, salmon, and mackerel, work much like a class of asthma drugs called leukotriene inhibitors. These drugs stop the actions of body compounds that cause inflammation in the airways. Take six 1,000-milligram capsules a day in divided doses.
? Evening primrose oil is rich in an essential fatty acid called GLA, which is converted by the body into anti-inflammatory substances. Take two 500-milligram capsules three times a day. Take them with meals to avoid stomach upset.
? Bioflavonoids, the compounds that give fruits and vegetables their Technicolor hues, have powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-allergenic properties. One of the best-known bioflavonoids, quercetin, inhibits the release of histamine. Take 500 milligrams of quercetin three times a day, 20 minutes before meals.
? Turmeric, that yellow cooking spice used to flavor Indian curry dishes, is a first-rate anti-inflammatory. The compounds it contains inhibit the release of COX-2 prostaglandins, hormone-like substances involved in inflammation. Mix one teaspoon of turmeric powder in a cup of warm milk and drink this up to three times a day. Turmeric capsules and tinctures are also available.
Keep a record
? In a date book, make a note of everything you eat for a month. Also record your asthma symptoms. While food allergies are rarely associated with asthma, occasionally there is a connection. Check your diary against your symptoms to see if anything you?re eating increases the frequency or severity of your attacks.
? If you take asthma medication, get a peak-flow meter, available at drugstores.

yes..antibiotics medicines should be not give to any one with diagnosis. for running nose you can use a nasal drop kid. nasivion 1 drop thrice a day into each nostril. syp. sinarest plus 1ml thrice a day. for diagnosis go for tests cbc, avoid her from cold area. give her lukewarm water. after tests you can consult doctor.

It can actually make you unhealthy. 1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Dear lybrateuser, -to lower your blood pressure firstly you have to develop a healthy lifestyle & then go for medicines as once started you may have to take medicines lifelong -in diet avoid fried, processed & junk foods, have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy ones, have low fat dairy products, have more of wholegrains like whole wheat bread/chapatti, brown rice, corn, oats, have beans, sprouts, legumes, pulses, flax seeds -restrict tea, coffee (1-2cups/day), salt, sugar -use olive oil, canola oil or safflower oil for cooking, consumption should not be more than 1 teaspoonful/day -avoid pickles, papad, fried snacks as they contain lot of salt & saturated fats -exercise regularly, walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, play outdoor games for 30-40 min, also do yoga, meditation 5-10 min daily -sleep well for 7-8 hrs at night, keep sleep & ake up time fixed -at work also get up every half to one hour walk around & come back -distress by listening to music, reading, follow a hobby -check bp on rising in morning (basal bp) regularly, also after activity.

Hello Manoj, Inability to sleep in spite of being totally exhausted can be very frustrating. One very effective medicine in Homeopathy is Ginseng 1X tablets. Take two tablets half an hour before sleeping. You can either chew them or even take it with water. Either ways, the effect will be good.
