Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Your excess diet/protein powder is not being digested and hence major of its portion is being wasted as excreta. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) Avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) Avoid late night sessions. C) Wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) Increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) Try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

You should increase your body weight. Do muscle building exercise like weight lifting, yoga, push ups and others. Do not skip meals. Take extra amount of foods frequently than before. Take extra refined food with unrefined. Use more fish, egg, meat to gain weight. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals.

I am working out regularly to get muscular I have protein shake just post workout. Its does help in building muscle but somehow I have reduced the quantity from three to two scoops now planning to have only one coz its not helping me reduce facial fat double chin or belly contrary I am feeling puffiness on face cheek bones. Can proteins shakes have negative effects like puffiness on face? I am into modelling I want to cut that out or can this be coz of age factor as I am now 37 previous also I have been taking shakes on and off but never experienced this but being in media I have to maintain anyhow as an actor for camera purposes face having fat tends to make you look older and actors do have slim faces at 50 plus also as we all know but it that possible without artificial support or synthetic stuff steroids and all I do not want to go on that track. I have started taking 30 ml aloe vera juice in warm water empty stomach in morning and pre meals apple cider vinegar 10 ml cup of water its a natural uric acid reducer I am told last year I faced higher uric acid levels so I started that. What is the possible way to cut facial fat or puffiness? I have even gone on boiled vegetable diet in dinner past few days which gives results in over all body just worried about facial fat its not decreasing only inspite of regular workout and alternate days cardio jogging 5-6 kms approx 45-55 minutes on treadmill trainers give the usual pattern do not eat carbs etc etc which all. I know for years as a workout person or should I get some test done can it be coz of some certain levels increased in body/blood of something I was 75 kg 5.8 inches reduced to 71.5 but what about the puffiness thats not reducing as per ratio of body weight so visually it does not seem to that I have reduced.

As per my suggestion, kindly do some face life exercises. The chin lift exercise is a great way to get rid of a double chin. It assists in working and stretching most of the facial muscles which includes jaw, throat and neck. But make sure not to use any other facial muscle other than the lips while doing this exercise. You can perform this exercise either in the sitting or standing position. Begin by tilting your head towards the ceiling, keeping your eyes fixed towards it. Now, make your lips tight, as if trying to kiss the ceiling, hold it till a count of 10 seconds and relax. Repeat – 10 times Hold – 10 seconds.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

I am 45 years male. Taking alcohol since last 15 yrs. Now I feel it is effecting my health as I feel tired every time .pls help me to quit .

You have been on the reactive mode but it does not matter. The decision to quit is very important and it seems to have come of your own accord. Please go for a complete medical check and then follow these guidelines even if there are no manifest problems as yet: You need to identify why you needed to drink, and go back to your childhood to find out other influences on your personality that makes you prone to addiction. Meet with an addiction counselor and work with them to sort out this drive. The simplest thing to do is to do some other interesting activity during the evening times or the times when the temptation is strongest. Meet your oral need with some other non-intoxicating drink like soups, juices, and sodas with lime, etc. If you think that you will find it very difficult, then admit yourself to a hospital and go for de-addiction: which normally lasts for about two weeks. Then follow that up with addiction counseling from a professional for at least three years to completely get rid of the habit. If this is also not enough, then admit yourself into a de-addiction center and stay there for at least 6 months and after that attend counseling with a professional. There are medicines that help with the drinking just to ease the initial craving. Ultimately, it is your will power and the support that you receive from the medical fraternity and your close and dear ones. You must also learn to substitute and deal with the oral need, a rigid value system, the script issue, and of course look at all the genetic factors to plan a strategy not to get into what is called ‘cross addictions’ i.e. Another form of addiction that may appear alright but is in fact as bad as the primary addiction. The center or hospital and the counselor will advise and guide you on several measures and precautions you will need to take to stay with your resolve. Even after the rehabilitation you must attend AA meetings and continue this support for a long time. Your family will also need to attend some sessions and go for Al-anon meetings for their co-dependency issues. You cannot be treated in isolation because the family has gotten used to your drinking and have made some unhealthy adaptations to somehow cope. Make a serious plan with the family and whoever else’s support you can get and act on it fast. As a combination, these two therapies (counseling and rehabilitation) will aid in dealing with the addiction. It will, however, take a long time to completely come off of the enslavement.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit and don't take any medication.

Hi, for your height your ideal weight should be 75 kgs. Since you are weighing 88 kgs, you need to reduce weight. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: limit non-nutritious foods, such as: sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages cut down on high-fat foods by: choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Don't know your height, but it seems you are underweight. You should do 30-45 min strength training exercises, along with a balanced healthy diet and increased protein intake either naturally or in the form of protein shakes after consulting.
