I'm suffering with neck pain last two days. I take some medicine but result is zero.

Neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle . Check your posture , do not bend your neck excessively and when you work on your laptop or computer after half hour of working move your neck slowly in clockwise and anticlockwise direction . * Do neck massage with lukewarm mustard oil . * Do not take pillow of high hight during sleeping Or avoid to take pillow . * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hello, Losing 10 kgs a, month is very unrealistic, and even if it happens it would be unhealthy. Motivate her to take up any exercise for an hour daily. She should consume, lots of greens, pulses, Wholegrain cereals, fresh fruits and vegetables vegetables. Having at least 3 lts of water will also prove beneficial. The best thing you can do to her is encourage her to follow a healthy diet and exercise regime. Keep motivating her. The more she has, homecooked meals, the better.

Protein-rich foods such as fish, and iron-rich foods such as dates, raisins and liver, all help strengthen the hair shaft, which leads to less hair loss. Night fall is common and normal. Whenever the balloon containing semen is full, semen needs to come out by act of sex, masturbation or nightfall. It is not a disease, and does not cause physical problems and needs no treatment. Also do not give any importance to advertisement that mention that night -fall causes health problems or destroys life. Eat fruits, vegetables, eggs.

Hello, You need to be evaluated for PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolactinemia as these are the next most common causes of delayed menses after pregnancy has been ruled out.

Weight reduction you need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given but details needed. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more details please inform early morning lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass 0 tea without sugar + 2 biscuits 90 breakfast 2 rotis + 1/2 cup paneer curry 330 or brown bread upma 1 plate + milk 1 cup 300 mid-morning 1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes 50 lunch brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl + raita 1 small bowl 345 evening butter milk 1 cup 35 dinner 2 rotis + vegetable soup 1 bowl + salad 1 bowl 370 total 1220/1190 cal.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the black spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
