Hair fall can occur due to many reasons like stress, chemical damage, nutritional deficiency, enviornmental factors etc. We need to access the exact reason to start treatment. Home remedy. Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time (mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products.) & wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Use clean oil if dandruff is the reason as this oil treats it in just two applications along with reducing itching. Internal ayurvedic medicines if required will be provided after studying your bodily constitution as per ayurveda. Do it for two months and your hair fall will reduce to normal. As it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

Dear Shridhar, Stress is simply a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. In other words, it's an omnipresent part of life. A stressful event can trigger the “fight-or-flight” response, causing hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol to surge through the body. A little bit of stress, known as “acute stress,” can be exciting—it keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them. Physical exercise, creative activities, deep breathing, being away from the situation for sometime etc can help you tackle the stress. I need to know, what are the causes with which you are stressed? Once you know the reason, you will be able to adjust with it with some psycho therapy methods. Please let me know the details. Take care.

Gap may be due to frenum, soft tissue hanging behind upper lip. Get frenum removed then if gap is small 2-4mm composite build up will do. If it's a large gap then orthodontic closure is recommended.

Please follow the following in respect to your queries: 1. Clean your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear Venkatesh.. Chicken and meat contain Complete protein which is essential for human nutrition.We know that Protein is body builder which makes you muscular. Yes protein and fat plays important role for weight gain. According to Indian council of Medical Research (ICMR 2010) 1gm protein/kg body weight is recommended that means you need 59 gm dietary protein. Fish, Meat, Egg, Milk & Milk products are animal source of protein which gives you all essential amino acids but Legumes , Pulses are incomplete protein. Add Fish or chicken in your daily diet. Or you can add milk or milk product in your daily diet. Thanks..

The best option for reducing the facial hair is laser hair reduction. After a medical evaluation to rule out the cause of excessive facial hair growth, you can do about 8 sessions which will reduce the growth to up to 80%

These are possibly snapping sounds from tendons. You need to do more exercises. It needs to be investigated. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Homoeopathic medicine LYCOPODIUM 30 ( Dr.Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops in 1 spoon freh water daily night HAIR AID DROPS( BAKSON) The above pack contains 2 type of drops HAIR AID INTERNAL -Drink 10 drop in 1 spoon fresh water twice daily HAIR AID EXTERNAL-Apply 40-45 drop after mixing in 1-2 spoon oil( Any oil mustard or coconut) on scalp 30 minutes before bath twice weekly Report after 3 monthss Steps to prevent and cure hair greying 1. Constant exposure of hair to heat is one of the major reason for early greying of hair. Heat removes moisture from hair making it dry and rough. If not taken proper care our hair starts becoming weak and white. Some of the precautions that can be taken are as follows- a. Try to remain in shade during peak sun hours. b. Wear a hat, cap or a cover your hair with a scalf to prevent direct contact of hair with sun c. Avoid taking hot water baths. This removes the moisture from hair making hair grey. d. Avoid using blowers at very high temperature, instead lower the temperature and then use to keep hair healthy. 2. Diet is also an important factor for keeping hair black and strong. Lack of vitamins and minerals can lead to greying and weak hair. Lack of vitamin B12 makes hair white while deficiency of mineral zinc leads to hairfall. Hence eat a balance diet with adequate vitamins and minerals to provide complete nourishment to hair. Take a vitamin B12 capsule or a multi vitamin capsule to get rid of grey hair. Eat fruits, vegetables, proteins, and adequate water to keep hair strong and moisturized. Include vitamin A, B, C, E and minerals like zinc, copper, iron and folic acid for maintaining the dark colour of your hair. 3. Chemical hair products can also lead to grey hair in a young age. Avoid using low quality hair products as these products contain chemicals like ammonia, chlorine etc. that can remove the natural darkness from hair and also make it roots weak. Instead use chemical free products which contain natural extracts to maintain the darkness of hair. 4. Chlorine water in swimming pools can damage the quality of hair. Regular contact of hair with such water can decolourise its colour. Wear swimming cap while you enter the pool. Following these precautions will prevent greying of hair. 5. Biotin present in cucumber, oats, almonds can make your grey hair black. Biotin have properties that help to maintain the dark colour of hair. It has the ability to darken white hair and make hair soft. Hence eat biotin rich foods to cure greying of hair. 6. Stress is condition that leads to degradation of our entire body. It damages our skin and hair taking away the moisture and making it look dull. Stress can also make your hair grey. So avoid stress and try to remain happy always. Try yoga, medication or try some exercise to prevent premature greying of hair. 7. Melanin deficiency in hair also leads to hair whitening. As we grow old melanin in hair starts decreasing and hence our hair becomes grey in old age. In case of lack of melanin visit a dermatologist to get the perfect cure for your problem. 8. Every day scalp massages are very important to restore the darkness of hair. The head massage helps to improve blood circulation in the area, which is very important because the hair is fed mainly through this, and this aspect is very important because the first grey hairs appear in temples because the blood flow is reduced. You can do the massages yourself or ask a family member for it.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hye, thanks for the query. You have to understand that weight loss is about eating sensibly, about earing right. Your weight is a balance of calories. Fad diets may promise you that counting carbs or eating a mountain of fruits will make the fats drop. But when it comes to weight loss, it's sensible eating that counts. Weight loss comes down to burning more calories than you take in. You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating, so if you have lost weight on scale by crashing your intake or restricted intake or skimping on a particular food group or over exercising, then be assured that you have not lost fats but muscle mass and water. This, once if you get back to your old routine, is going to show up as a gain, which is infact much more than what you lost.       These methods and fads also cause rapid loss due to loss of muscle mass, leading to a very lowered metabolism, which will cause reduced fat loss and further fat deposition.            Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     All the so called fad, crash, restricted diets, singular food remedies like doodhi juice or green tea will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. If this is the way by which you lost weight, you can't maintain it for sure. So, if your weight loss is by any of the above methods, you are bound to gain all the weight you lost. So, don't forget the bottom line: The key to successful weight loss is a commitment to making indefinite changes in your diet and exercise habits which you can sustain and maintain for life. Here, you can be assured that your unwanted lost weight won't come back if you maintain right diet and workout.

Acne is the result of overactive oil glands at the base of hair follicles. Enlargement of sebaceous glands and an increase in sebum production occur with increased androgen (dhea-s) production. Treatment of acne depend on type of acne (popular, pustulure, nodular, cystic etc). As preventive aspect take a proper sleep, lot of water, green vegetables, low fat diet and fresh fruits.

Stop smoking and alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.
