Its a symbols of muscle tiredness so do stretching exercise in daily routine and sit straight maintain your posture and tk rest between work.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days,contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Hi there are various causes for leg pain, a clinical examination is needed. My advice to you is. Mix up your fitness routine. Don't only run. Try swimming, biking, tennis, or some other activity. This helps prevent overuse injuries that more commonly occur when you do the same type of exercise over and over again. Do reply for detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

I am 61 years old and suffering from rheumatoid arthritis for past five years and psoriasis for past fifteen years and more. I am taking folitrax injection 15 mg once in a week on saturdays for past two years. Previously I was taking methotrexate tablets 15 mg once a week but due to stomach problems I am taking folitrax injection. I am a diabetics since last one year and high blood pressure since 15 years. I take exermet 500 mg twice a day for diabetes and nicardia retardant 20 mg twice a day, corbis 5 mg and dytor 5 mg tablets once in a day for blood pressure. Please advise any safe drug for psorasis and arthritis. How long can I take methotrexate without any side effect.

Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Dear, follow these best method to get fast relief from piles: *. Fill a tub with luke warm water. Put a stool in centre of tub and sit onstool. Note that your hips are within the water. Sit for 10-15 minute. It willrecover your swelling. You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and neem leaves 5-10 in water for fast recovery. * apply glycerine or coconut oil dipped cotton gauze on the anus in night. *. Diet plays very important role. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables, high roughage food (oat meals, daliya, corn). These diet softens your stools and anus feels little pressure during defeacation (stool extraction) and recover fastly. *avoid cheese, egg, potatoes, westren foods (burgers, pizza, white bread etc), soft drinks. Dear lybrate-user. Joint pains can be caused due to certain reasons. I suggest you for vita d3 test. Only with pain relieving oils. Pains can not be reduced. She needs trancutaneous therapy with some excercises.
