Yes if his aggression is too severe you need to consult a doctor- psychiatrist for medication along with a psychologist for psychotherapy. Anger usually rooted in some other problem, to eliminate that few sessions of counseling will be required. It will help him immensely.

1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest. If you are looking out for proper meal plan and guaranteed weight gain results, click on consult privately.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best! For tanned face: Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

It is sometimes normal for breastfeeding mothers not to have menses. For about 1 year. Amenorrhea may also be pelvic inflammatory disease.

Dear lybrate-user. You need some natural antioxidants for boost up your energy. Like. You can take green tea with slice of ginger at morning add 2 biscuits also (multigrain or digestive marie). At breakfast muesli or oats or corn flakes (plain flavour) with skimmed milk or vegetables or 3 slice of brown breed with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, boiled egg. No addition of butter or margarine. You should take two fruits at mid morning like (apple/ pear/ guava/ orange/ musambi). At lunch medium size bowl rice or 2 rooti (medium size), green salad, sour curd, dal/ rajma, skin less fish or chicken. Evening you can take sprouts or mixed fruit salad. At dinner take large bowl mixed soup (chicken breast+ carrot+ beans+ capcicum+ noodles (20gm)+ black pepper+ salt) (serving wt150gm, serving size 1 large bowl) for veg: mushroom/ paneer can be used. At bed time use b protein 2tsp with warm water or skimmed milk. Do continue your exercise. I think that will help you. Thanks.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Causticum 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Recommend - don't hurt yourself it's not a good option for you. Try to aviod unacceptable circumstances, listening songs, try to do some innovative. Yoga and meditation is good for you. Etc hetal, you immediately need some counselling sessions with homoeopathic medication it's help to provide permanent cure.

Lybrate-user, for diabetes mellitus appropriate treatment with drugs, diet control and regular exercise are needed to achieve very good control and prevent or delay possible long term complications of the disease. But to help I need to know following details: fasting, pp glucose levels, hba1c%, present treatment with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It will be better if you come in a private conversation with all the details then I can give specific guidance. In this communication we are supposed to give general advise like: avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and all other bakery items. Consume more of green leafy vegetables and salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Use whole grain flour for making chapati and roti. Avoid maida and items made with it. Exercise regularly for at least 1 hour a day and dietary intake should be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood glucose levels. Thanks.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. This remidies also help you but you stop too oily end ghee prepretions. You take simpal veg food with green vegitabales end salad. Take 3to 4 litter water in summer. Use sptf+30 sunscreen lotions. Wash face with neem face wash.
