Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium Q (10drops in little water) three times a day for 7 days and revert. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Eat plenty of healthy foods for glowing skin such as fruits, raw vegetables and whole grains. Avoid spicy and fried food. Avoid stress and harsh skin products.

Take more proteinaceous food, like soya, egg, milk, sprouts, dal, ponded rice, brown rice/wheat, etc. Take internally homeo medicine. R89 drops 10-15 drops in 1/4 th cup of lukewarm water daily twice, along with external application of hair oil containing arnica, jaborandi, china, cantharis, etc.

How to increase my weight and muscles soon because all laughs on my health and mt slim body shape.
Hi, to increase weight with muscle on your body, you have to do exercises along with appropriate diet. Start with exercises like push-ups, chin-ups, running, swimming, cycling and yoga. Then after gaining muscle strength you can go for weight training. Also take high protein diet like cheese, soybean, tofu, porridge, sprouted black grams, legumes, broccoli. For diet chart you can revert back.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

A quick and easy solution can be found in your kitchen or your nearest grocery store — lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 1. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 2. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above.

Hi dear. Welcome to lybrate. Yes there us a definite chance of pregnancy as there was contact of semen near the vagina. Even though the chances are slim but still there is a risk. Incase you not wish to conceive as yet it's best to take an emergency contraceptive. All the best.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Commonly dandruff or any other infection and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. This requires both local application for dandruff or any other infection and local massage with oil to increase circulation and internal consumption of herbal preparations as nutrients for hair growth. In young age the results are more positive. You are also having nail bed infection require treatment.

I had an operation of uterus removal last year because of the problem of heavy bleeding. Later it cause to several other problems (after operation. Like gradual weight gain. I do exercise but it causes muscles pain. And I have joint pain in my body. So I was unable to continue with the exercise. Other main cause is fatigue. I feel weakness in my body. I want to lose weight and I want a proper diet chart according to my age and my health condition.

Your uterus removal surgery has nothing to do with your weight gain or your joint pain. Start taking calcium tablets and focus on work out.

  • Avoid napping during the day. It can disturb the normal pattern of sleep and wakefulness.
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol too close to bedtime. While alcohol is well known to speed the onset of sleep, it disrupts sleep in the second half as the body begins to metabolize the alcohol, causing arousal.
  • Exercise can promote good sleep. Vigorous exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. A relaxing exercise, like yoga, can be done before bed to help initiate a restful night's sleep.
  • Food can be disruptive right before sleep. Stay away from large meals close to bedtime. Also dietary changes can cause sleep problems if someone is struggling with a sleep problem, it's not a good time to start experimenting with spicy dishes. And, remember, chocolate has caffeine.
  • Ensure adequate exposure to natural light. This is particularly important for older people who may not venture outside as frequently as children and adults. Light exposure helps maintain a healthy sleep-wake cycle.
  • Establish a regular relaxing bedtime routine. Try to avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Don't dwell on, or bring your problems to bed.
  • Associate your bed with sleep. It's not a good idea to use your bed to watch TV, listen to the radio, or read.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.
