How can I increase weight. I want to increase weight but am not getting. Is this any problem.
Take high protein and high calories diet. Have small and frequent meals. Do stretching exercise alternates days. Take milk nd products. Don't skip your breakfast specially. Contact near by dietitian. They will give you a proper diet plan.

It's possible and if you do sincerely, in two months you ll start seeing results. Wash face and scrub clean it gently daily. Apply deep cleansing Euclyptus oil+onion juice and massage lightly daily night. Eat vit a, B,c, e,protein diet and use our hair grow pack on face containing Indian gooseberry powder etc. Seame oil unblended also helps. Pl read my tip and pkg offer on Seasame oil too. Pl consult.

Avoid cricket tk rest for 2 days do heat fermentation twice a day and muscle relaxant medicine before playing do stretching your spine n legs.

Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

The opposite of high blood pressure, is low blood pressure, or hypotension. This means your blood pressure is lower than what is considered normal, but it may be normal for you. These types of headaches are also called orthostatic and occur when changes in the blood pressure of your head occur dramatically.Generally stress raises blood pressure, so the only likely cause of low blood pressure is poor breathing. But there may be other causes. Often after periods of intense anxiety the body is left very fatigued, and this can cause low blood pressure in people.

Hye. Thanks for the query. You are underweight by 10 kgs for your height. Maintain a well-balanced and healthy diet. Without a proper diet, your efforts at the gym are useless. You need to ensure you are eating a sufficient amount of protein. Determine how many grams of protein you should eat a day (based on weight and physical activity). Great sources of protein include: nuts and nut butters, beans and other legumes, soy milk, cheese, egg whites, lean meats, poultry, and fish, paneer, sprouts are a great source of proteins for vegans. Ensure that your diet consists of mostly raw, minimally-processed foods. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and whole grains. Opt for nutritionally dense foods that are low in fat and high in fiber. Stay away from soda and sugar. Avoid alcohol. Avoid tea and coffee as much as possible as both tend to dehydrate muscles leading to low muscle volume. Stick with it! the only way to get stronger is to hit the weights frequently. Also, try to do activities during the day that involve working your muscles. Get plenty of sleep. Your body requires lots of rest, so make sure to sleep at least 7 hours a day. If you go to the gym, make sure to do only what you can. Don't try to compete with other people who are lifting heavier weights. Everyone is different, and you will see progress if you are consistent with your diet and exercise routine. Do not use steroids to build muscles; steroids will hurt your body. Supplements will be useful only when your exercise intensity and diet is good.

Your head ache can be due to so many reasons such as indigestion, sleeplessness, cold or sinus, hot sun, excessive work, mental tension etc. Please try to identify and tell me reasons as you experience. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this, which acts internally without adverse effects. Take bryonia 200 once in the morning and once in the evening for 4 days and give feedback.
