Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for fastly increase in stamina, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food. . >> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. . >>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. . >> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. . >> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. . >> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. . Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.   . .....Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

What should I do to get a healthy and wealthy body? Please give me some preference.
Do the simplest things: 1) Eat right (a balanced diet) which is healthy and not junk, processed, packaged or artificially flavoured. That simply means eat freshly prepared homemade food. Add seasonal fruits and vegetables every day. 2). Exercise every day (any exercise or sports of your choice or even Yoga and pranayam ). 3) Drink enough water (8-10 glasses or a more glasses if you feel thirsty) 4) Sleep at the right time (for 7-8 hrs) which will give rest to the body and make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated everyday. 5) Keep away from things that are addictive - stimulants like alcohol and tobacco or any other things. Limit the intake of tea and coffee. 6) Keep yourself active - do your job honestly with a sense of responsibility which will keep your mind pleasent and fill you with a strong sense of self-esteem. You shall become wealthy soon due to your sincere hard work! 7) Develop some hobby which can help you relax - it can even be some kind of social service where you do not expect anything in return. This shall keep you grounded and humble and save you from conflicts in your life.

Homoeopathic medicines alfamalt (sbl) 2 spoons twice daily sulphur 30 (dr. Reckeweg) drink 5 drops in 1 spoon fresh water today night 30 minutes after eating or drinking anything at bedtime. Nw forget about sulphur 30 after this nd just keep it in your refrigerator. No need to further take this medicine. I will let you know what to do with this medicine afterwards. Ointment topi sulphur (wilmar schwabe india) apply locally twice daily p. L. 30 (dr. Reckeweg) 4 tabss 3 times a day. Ask the pharmacy incharge from where you buy these medicines to prepare this p. L. 30. Report after 1 month eat nutritious diet avoid nuts, chocolates, dry fruits, fast, fried food.

Lybrate-user you can follow these:(1) do exercise everyday.(2) don't drink water before meals (3) take dry fruits little extra (4) 3-4 bananas each day.(5) use protein shakes+ almond milk+cashew nuts (6) add cream with your tea/coffee (7) take quality sleep (8) take bigger plates (9) drink milk (10) eat more often.

Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. You can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don€’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Options for Post-Dinner Snack Dry fruits and yogurt • Fruits like strawberries, apples, mangoes or grapes I hope the above diet chart will help you.
