Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction and maintain normal BMI of 18-25. This will regularize the monthly cycles and also help you get pregnant. You can take Metformin to reduce weight. You don’t need to take any medicine till 3 months for the menses to come. Only after 3 months of missed menses you should take medicines like progesterone Tablet (Deviry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days) for getting menses. For reducing your weight you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil.

Pinch all the soft parts of the nose together between the thumb and index finger. Press firmly toward the face - compressing the pinched parts of the nose against the bones of the face. Lean forward slightly with the head tilted forward. Leaning back or tilting the head back allows the blood to run back into the sinuses and throat and can cause gagging or inhaling the blood. Hold the nose for at least five minutes. Repeat as necessary until the nose has stopped bleeding. Sit quietly, keeping the head higher than the level of the heart. Do not lay flat or put your head between your legs. Apply ice (wrapped in a towel) to nose and cheeks.

There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. Dear user it might be that you got cold affection resulting tonsilar problems. Gurgle twice a day with luke warm water adding salt to it. Avoid cold exposure and intake. Use the medicine Belladonna 200 thrice for 3 day and Allium cepa 30 once daily for 3 days you will be fine.

Easier way to come over the apprehension of pain is to relax the vaginal sphincter. If it cannot be done voluntarily, start breathing by mouth at the time of insertion and concentrate on some other erotic thoughts or stories. Deep breathing by mouth always relaxes the vaginal and anal sphincters. In addition to this, it is advisable to use lubricants. The women's genitals should never be touched dry. It causes a lot of discomfort and some times even the pain. Lubricant will make the penile entry smooth. Oil based lubricants should not be used as they are harmful to the woman's reproductory organs and the condom if in use. Use only water based lubricants. Vaginal jellies are available with the chemist. They serve the purpose fantastically.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be migraine headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management

Hello, a person with family history of t2 dm and and in prediabetic stage needs to take considerable care to avoid getting diabetes. That is possible by following a modified lifestyle - like 1) taking a balanced diet that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight, extent of daily physical activity, 2) should avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries and sweetened aerated drinks. Even fructose corn syrup containing products should be avoided. 3) consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and salads as well as fruits. 4) use whole grain products and whole grain flour for roti and chapati, avoid maida. 5) refrain from alcohol and snmoking. With all this daily exercise of more than 1 hour is a must, so that normal weight is maintained. As regards eating sweets occasionally a small piece can be taken.
